   Sharon has been absolutely fantastic with our boy. We had a horrible experience with previous kennels and yet he has come back from Sharon in fantastic shape, so happy and healthy. He has some health issue and struggles with being underweight, yet he has come back from Sharon looking better than ever. We are so happy as we nearly didn't go away due to his issues and past experience but Sharon reassured us all holiday (i messaged a lot) and has been so lovely with us and our furbaby. He will be going back to her for every stay in the future. Thank you Sharon xx

   First time I've used Rowes to house my old cat for a few days while we went away for a long weekend. Very impressed with the standards of cleanliness and care. Sharon (the owner) is clearly a lady who loves animals and is dedicated to their care and welfare. You can leave your pets here knowing that they will be very well cared for.

   Tilly and Bo stayed for 10 days and were very happy from the minute they arrived. Ruby the cat also settled well into her cosy cabin. Sharon made them feel at ease and was very caring. The whole place was spotless and cosy. Dogs have a lovely run in the field. We have already booked them for next year and will not worry at all about leaving them again as Sharon is wonderful with them and treats them as she would her own pets.

   Our dog has just had his first stay at Rowes Pet Hotel. Sharon filled us with confidence. The kennels themselves and the exercise area are all perfect. The kennels are exceptionally clean and heat controlled. Sharon gave us a tour when we arrived and throughout his stay she really seemed to get to know our dog and to meet his needs. She is clearly very experienced. She was happy to communicate with us during his stay to offer reassurance, which we appreciated. We’re not certain he wanted to leave as he had a lovely time running around in the enclosed field! Thank you Sharon.

   Cannot fault the care, dedication and hard work Sharon puts in to ensure all her dog guests are well looked after. Mabel came back to us clean, happy, healthy, she had eaten well and was content. It's a 45 min drive for us to use this kennel, and totally worth it for the peace of mind for us, knowing our dog was safe and well cared for. 10 out of 10. ☆☆☆☆☆

   Thank you very much Sharon for looking after Wilbur for two weeks. It was his first experience of a boarding kennels. Rowes Pet Hotel was spotless and Wilbur was extremely well cared for. Sharon obviously loves animals and is passionate about the excellent service she provides. We would definitely recommend Rowes Pet Hotel.

   We have used Rowes Pet Hotel a few times for the dogs and cats and they have loved it. Sharon is a very dedicated animal lover and we felt at ease from the moment we looked around. The animals in her care are always her number 1 priority and it really shows. She has always been accommodating to our tribe (which includes a shy rescue doggie who didn’t want to leave when we picked them up!) Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again :)
