Fantastic! The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful, opening onto the moor. So peaceful and relaxing - a truly great find. Cannot fault. We’ll definitely be returning.
Absolutely incredible. We will definitely be back. Susan and Chris were very welcoming, nothing was enough. The room was beautifully clean, honestly it was a home from home. Just returned from a 3 day stay at the Cherrybrook in the Wistman Suite. Wow!! Everything was perfect, warm, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Sue and Chris are super friendly and welcoming. Fantastic, peaceful location with great walks right out the front door. Breakfast was superb with eggs from the chickens out back. A lovely place to stay in the heart of Dartmoor.
We stayed here late last year & thoroughly enjoyed it. Having stayed here once before a few years ago with the previous owners, and found it to be a great place, we wondered what to expect this time. We needn't have worried. Chris & Sue are fantastic, welcoming hosts not to mention talented musicians who treated us to a show during dinner. Dog friendly & in an amazing location. We'll certainly come back again.
I spent two nights in September 2021 with family in this very comfortable and cosy B&B on Dartmoor. Chris and Sue were the perfect hosts making us feel at home straight away. Pizza night in the barn was great followed by live jazz music performed by Chris and Sue who were former cruise ship entertainers. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The little dogs added to the weekend's experience. I'd love to visit Cherrybrook again.
Do you know the phrase"going the extra mile"? Sue & Chris go even further! We've already stayed here a couple of times before, and every time we visit it's an even better experience. Apart from the obvious (the amazing location and surroundings), this place is just perfect for a short or long escape. Sue & Chris are just fantastic! Friendly, helpful, absolutely lovely, they make you feel at home... And of course, the rooms have everything you need and they are very well cleaned! Breakfast is delicious! And the pizza is fantastic too! Also, they are fantastic musicians. When they get the chance they'll perform for you and believe me, you'll love it! In fact, this week we had the opportunity to listen to them and their fantastic musician friends! It was such a great experience! In short, YOU MUST COME AND STAY HERE!
