I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. The flowers for my husband's funeral today were superb. Charlotte took the time to check the colours of the teapot and cup were suitable and made it look just like his cuppa! The coffin spray looked beautiful. Thank you so much.
I called late Saturday afternoon for a delivery that day which wasn't a problem. Flowers were amazing and I thought a special touch was a text I received to tell me they had been delivered and hoping they had got the response intended .

I would 100% recommend Charlotte / Four Seasons, Epping! I have bought two bouquets now and Charlotte’s service was friendly, professional and speedy, considering my last-minute requests. Her flowers are incredibly reasonable for what you get, with beautiful arrangements and both recipients were chuffed with their gifts. Run don’t walk to support this business - I’m now actively looking for opportunities to buy family & friends flowers haha!
I would easily give more stars than 5 for this business and the owner, totally professional & very helpful. I was remotely deciding from actual photographs that Charlotte sent to me on what funeral tribute I would choose as I had a specific tribute I wanted to order and I ordered one just from the actual website as well so two in total. Communication throughout was brilliant and she was patient with listening to information. The flowers were really fresh and vibrant and really did look brilliant. She arranged all the delivery and we did not have to do anything, If you are needing flowers then I highly recommend you contact Four Seasons Florist in Epping.
