   I personally wouldn't recommend this 'so called' builder to carry out any job, big or small, he completely messed up my kitchen, to the point, where it had to be ripped out and get a profesional to complete it. I wouldn't trust him to build a child's dolls house !!! He damaged the kitchen units and the worktop, didn't install any of the units properly, he left bare wiring , none of the units or electric sockets fitted, the cooker was left unsafe, i had to get an electrician to make it safe, he broke a brand new ceramic hob, in my absence, then lied and said he hadn't broken it, but offered to pay for it? my indoor camera showed he had broken it, he was given every opportunity to correct everything, but wasnt capable of doing so. I asked him to leave the kitchen to someone qualified, at which point he then sent me abusive messages, he isnt qualified or capable of doing any carpentry, electrical, plumbing work, he is a total liability. I highly recommend to stay away from him, i have had reports from other customers of his, since, who have had bad experiences of him and their homes ruined.

   Having recently moved to the area, I came across this advert. Adrian came out and did a long list of jobs I needed doing in my new home, from putting up shelves, mirrors and cabinets to fixing things in the house. Each day he turned up bang on time, with all the tools he needed and did every single thing to complete perfection with no fuss. Adrian is someone I would call on to do something as small as putting up a mirror to a bigger job like replacing a kitchen or bathroom. An all round decent guy who I can highly recommend.

   Thanks to Adrian I now have a stunning new bathroom. A complete installation, including tiling and flooring. From 8.00am till 5.00pm, only a few stops for coffee and not even a lunch break, you couldn't ask for anyone to work harder. Not only did he do a brilliant job but was happy to show this aging, single lady different skills and even found time to do a couple of odd jobs around the place just to help me out. I'm so glad I've met Adrian, I will definitely be calling on his services again.

   Adrian is a star, he has carried out multiple tasks, inside and out, during which time he has fixed unseen problems, come up with effective and creative solutions to issues and is always ready with a plan on how to tackle jobs, both big and small. We cannot thank him enough for becoming our go to guy for the jobs that we can’t do, which is most of them, and he always does with good humour and a smile. 5***+++

   I have had 2 visits from Adrian at 5 Star Property Maintenance. The first job was for a kitchen fitting which I could not be happier about. It had a solid wood worktop so I needed it to be perfect and it was. I had Adrian back a few months later to remove a chimney breast from the fist floor up to the roof. He did a great job in removing the all of the stone chimney and got on the roof to remove the chimney and make good. 9months later, no leaks and more space! Ideal
