Tried to by a bike from here many years ago , a yellow vitus sommet , I traded in my ps4 at the time for the deposit , anyways was going in weekly to pay it of (£900) . Was going in to put my last payment of £220 and was told that they sold the bike and they had 1 of similar spec in another site, left heart broken and partner went back in for my money , never stepped back in the shop since
Bought this from there for my daughter’s bday ! Was meant to be absolutely brand new ! And the lcd is broken rang them and they won’t do anything about it and the guy had a cheek to charge my partner an extra £20 on top of what the label said absolutely discusting ! Won’t buy from there again they are there to rip you off . We went in other week to sell some speakers and the guy also told my partner they wasn’t buying anymore stuff as there bankrupt please guys don’t waste your money
I used to love this shop with all my heart. I used to love the funky vibe, the music, the stuff in the shop and I thought it was amazing. Like my second home. I used to get a long with the staff and the dogs were amazing too. However, recently it turned down hill. I was going to visit the shop since I haven’t spoke to the workers in there in ages and I saw the owner who I don’t see often. I gave his dogs a fuss and caught up on everything. After one last fuss, i got told to close my eyes whilst giving a dog a kiss. The owner then kissed me. Out of shock I was froze. I’m still shocked now. There is one worker that i will miss. And I wish them both the best.
These people are a joke brought a ps5 controllor paid 40 pound got home and it's faulty rang them up and they said bring it back and we will swap it when I got there refused to be refunded ore swap it and staff are rude wouldn't recommend these scammers
Haven't been in for a long time so while in Sutton-in-Ashfield I decided to have a look in. Upon entering the shop the man at the counter was welcoming and very friendly. I managed to pick up 2 stands for my Masks which was great. Filled with so much cool stuff inside. Great experience.
I enjoy my visits here which are regular, always a happy place with 80s music playing. As for folks saying they rip ya, well they're in business to make money, it's their living, it's unfair to call them robdogs as the goods they sell are cheap enough with all their electrical goods guaranteed for at least 6 months. I can even put cash deposits down on goods and don't even ask for a receipt because they're sound.
My sister took my sons laptop here to be fixed cost £110. I had to take it else where the same day I got it back as it still wasn't much better after being fixed to find they had taken out the Web cam, the motherboard didn't fit right, the mouse wasn't connected properly, volume didn't work,screws were missing and the casing was coming apart will never use these clowns again I should be entitled to a part refund for me having to go and correct what they f£#@ed up on I'm angry and suggest no one gets things repaired here I'm seeking advice on if there's anything I can do, if you don't want to shell out on someone else repairing p@#l's shoddy work I suggest you don't bring your items here in the first place oh well lesson learned , I believe in what goes around comes around and it will with them ripping people off.
Amazing place with lovely people working there. Really would recommend popping inside and looking around. I have gotten some good deals there and come in at least once a week. Honestly a 5 star experience and is a great place for kids to explore all the different things around the shop. The owner is also great with kids and is a great entertainer for all customers who come in.
