returned a broken toy I bought for my grandson for Christmas, the manager was brilliant and apologetic, and gave me another one, this was the Last one on the shelf, the thing is, that if he never had one left on the shelf, he was going to order one for me from another store. many thanks to him.
You are never disappointed at the range There are plenty of great selection of products At all different price ranges. Which is what I like If you can’t find what you’re looking for and more here i would be very surprised You get quality products and it’s always very well stocked Not waiting around at the tills. Lots of staff and the lady who served me was great Keep up the great work guys
Really awful customer service went into store to purchase asked a member of staff for help she seemed really unbothered then once purchasing the product at the till she got interrupted by another member of staff and they started to chat about work stuff whilst serving me mid way I think they have really poor customer service skills and need to be retrained on how to serve and welcome customers properly. If you don’t like retail don’t be in that field the girl that served me was on the customer service rolls and had dreadlocks
Very helpful staff. Tried her hardest to help me get my new garden furniture in my car. A random young lady and her friend then offered to take it to my house in her car, there are good Samaritans out there.
Nice orderly store. One stop shop for pretty much everything you need.
Love love love this shop, we can find lots of different items for your home for a good price. Be careful as going in probably means you will buy things you didn't know you need! Enjoy the shop!
I brought a throw, it said it was £10.95, but when I checked my reciept when I got home, I'd been charged £12.99. So be careful to check before you leave. Service was good though
Cheapest candles in the world. A great loomed store with really useful stuff. The quality isn’t always the best the prices are cheap and it’s so much better than home bargains and Wilkos. Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Just avoid the pet food. It’s awful, cheap and very unhealthy.
Nice shop lots of choice, went for calming drops for my dog, not too much of a choice but one's i got were £4 cheaper than at local pet store across the way
Lots of choice for crafting if you like that. The Range is also very good at keeping up with what the current festive period is. The Halloween decorations are really good!
