Went in for a routine check up today and had to pick up new glasses. Thanks the to amazing work of a staff member called olivia I ws able to make a really informed decision about what glasses were right for me. Couldn't have done it without her help.
I visited Boots Opticans at Forestside, Belfast today to have a repair carried out to my prescription sunglasses frames. The staff were extremely helpful and went ‘the extra mile’. Particular thanks to Jody & her friend who helped me. They showed a really professional approach & excellent customer care skills. Very much appreciated. Would recommend!
Always a good choice of products available and many offers. I had excellent advice and help from a cheerful pleasant assistant who knew what she was talking about which I appreciated. Got what I wanted and a free gift as well!

Forestside boots smallish store, but convenient, sometimes vitamins and supplements can be low in stock so may not always be able to take advantage of 3 for 2 offer. Shop here mostly if in centre but rival store opposite now. Nice helpful staff and was quick to pay.
On my very recent visit I had to queue for maybe 10 to 15 minutes to get access. Ok. Having access I asked for guidance to find dental floss. Thinking that this would shorten my time in the store. On finding the dental floss I couldn't find appropriate prices on the shelf. Left without a purchase having brought a pack to the pay desk for checking. Very expensive so I shopped elsewhere.
