   "We had to return a dining room light last week to the Evesham branch. Although I was a bit embarrassed because the box wasn't the original one (the builders had thrown it out), the staff were both friendly and understanding. They made the return process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you! We'll definitely be back soon to purchase more homeware for our newly refurbished house."

   With my granddaughter who is only 4, she was trying on things, I was buying her things for her holiday, she wanted to keep a dress on, but said I need to buy it first which I did, but the cashier made me feel like I was going to run of with it, I have worked in retail for 11 years and I have never felt so humiliated, I was going to come back with my older grand daughter, but not now.

   Visited the Evesham store today and it was very busy, I noticed Holly was working so hard and giving such fantastic customer service. I was lucky enough to be served by Holly, and she went above and beyond for me even though was very busy, and very little staff. I asked for a different size than I could find, in a Christmas jumper, and Holly looked on her stock to see if she could get me one, and it said there was one, so she went to the stock room to see if she could get one from there. There wasn’t any there, but Holly then went on to order the item for me, the whole time giving me excellent customer service. I felt it was important to let Next know what a wonderful member of staff they have working for them.

   50% Discount 100% rudeness Absolutely rude staff, not all but just one who was very rude...if you want I can absolutely provide her name....but besides that I thought that Next was very classy store where you give respect and get respect in return but this is not true, today when I went I had one simple question, when the fitting room will be available to try the outfit on, but the lady on the till with more makeup and less etiquette abruptly interrupted saying that she is not the manager and not concerating on the queue, she gave us an unwanted speech on the fitting room clouser, when my question was when the fitting room will be open next. Never recommend Evesham Next store to friends and family or even strangers. BIGG NO NO

   Friendly and helpful staff, spacious shop, easy to move around with a pushchair and there's a lift to first floor with mens staff and homeware. It's hard to find a parking space during busy times ( Saturday ) but there's a bigger car park at b&m you can use.
