   Awful customer service by a lady named SASHA in NEXT GREENBRIDGE. I went into store for a refund and SASHA served me. When I arrived to the tills there were NO GREETINGS, NO SMILES AND NO WORDS. She simply started scanning my items and processed the refund without any words/questions. In my opinion, that is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, especially when you work in a sector which requires staff to communicate and deliver exceptional customer service. SASHA never seems approachable or willing to help. This has not been the first time where SASHA has come across as RUDE, UNAPPROACHABLE ETC. P.S. Please change jobs if you’re that unhappy and will always create a negative atmosphere!

   The store itself is good but there’s a rude worker who keeps following us every time we go in and makes it very obvious. Dark bob hair with an accent in her 40s/50s next time she does I will confront her and ask what her problem is

   Went in looking for plain T Shirts for my daughter to work as a waitress. Met young lady called Abbey who was so polite and helpful and could not have offered greater assistance. She was also wearing one of the t shirts I was looking at which assisted my to make a final choice from those on offer. Amazing value buying in bulk ! Thank you so much - a very pleasant shopping experience

   They were good once. I know we're in a pandemic but Next appear to be making so many errors including accepting orders then weeks later informing customers they don't have the item in stock. Customer service has been poor of late too.

   OK but purchased a shirt, the hanger said large but it was a small.. annoying as had to return and no more stock, maybe I should have checked the item size but it would have been helpful if on correct hanger...staff very good and resolved with a no hassle refund.

   New Next store, from early 2016. New fittings and fixtures, big, easy access changing rooms. Bit too bright for my liking, and the white light can change the colour of clothes, so when you get them home they aren't quite the same.
