   I've been meaning to write a review but other things got in the way. From our first visit when I was in the first few months of pregnancy to the present, we have had a great experience visiting the store. We purchased our cot and pram and little things for the baby and the service has been amazing. They even delivered the cot to our house because it wouldn't fit in our car. They are always on hand to answer message enquiries and they are very knowledgeable about everything in the shop and the added services, especially with me being a first time Mum. We still have things to purchase and we will be visiting again. I highly recommend Cornwall Baby Store as they are a local shop with a very supportive service.

   We traveled down from Devon yesterday to visit the store in Truro and the staff were more than helpful! As a first time mum, I didn’t really have a clue what I wanted and we only had intentions of testing out some prams, however we ended up leaving with all the babies bedroom furniture, car seat and pushchair at a very reasonable and competitive price. It was well worth the trip and we received a much more personal experience than other stores

   I've been meaning to write this review for a long time now as we've had tremendous service from The Cornwall Baby Store. We bought the Mountain Buggy Duet from here and they sold it for a very competitive price, in fact they came very close to the internet sellers. They were able to demonstrate the pram and were very knowledgeable. But after a few months the pram developed several issues, this is when we were really pleased to have bought through a local store with a shop. The store were extremely understanding and supportive and contacted the dealer through whom they sourced the pram. The Mountain Buggy dealer took the concerns on board but we weren't too happy with how they planned to resolve the issues. We were fortunate that Cornwall Baby Store then acted as a go between to resolve the issues totally to our satisfaction. We had great service from Louise and Denise who really understood and wanted us to be happy with the outcome. We had frequent phone calls and emails between us and every time we were left feeling so pleased we had bought from a local store. We are pretty sure we would not have had this service from an internet only site. A lot of the pram was replaced and since then it has worked very well, we believe we were just unlucky with the original defective pram.We recommend Cornwall Baby Store highly and are so pleased to have shopped with them.

   Beautifully laid out store stocking everything needed for little ones. Great selection of products, comparable to online pricing, some things I found cheaper in this shop than anywhere else. I visited today to buy some play items. I brought a playmat, tummy time items and some nursery accessories. The staff were really helpful, we look forward to visiting again soon. Glad to be able to support a local business.

   As first time parents we came in a bit bewildered, but we had a lovely experience at the Cornwall Baby Store! They explained all the different options really well, without pushing us towards certain models. It just felt like they wanted us to choose the best option for us. They also clearly had real-mum experience and pointed out things we would have never have thought about! Competitive prices compared to online and excellent service, not to mention local and independent. Let’s hope parenthood is this easy!

   The staff here are so friendly and go out of their way to help. They let you try the items out in your car, and when we asked if they could source a pram pattern they didn't stock, they, ordered it especially, and it arrived in the store the next day.

   Great to have a shop like this in my local area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very happy with the high chair I bought. They have a really good selection of high chairs, prams, pushchairs, travel systems, car seats, cots and toys/clothes etc. Will definitely go back again - much preferred it to buying online.

   We have bought quite a few things from this shop. Always friendly and efficient and all furniture has been good. Most recent purchase was two beds. I found the tussle uncomfortable to sleep on and free of charge they have us top quality mattress protectors to cover the beds. Solved the problem. They did not need to do this but they did with grace. So highly recommend. They also use a very good company to transport things
