   Called Peter regarding a suspected dodgy undersink cold water pipe connection. Peter reassured me that nothing was wrong in fact, and charged me nothing for the visit. Ive had him fix a leak before, and can say that he is a very decent guy. Very knowledgable and capable plumber. Would recommend.

   Simply outstanding and going above and beyond. I called Peter for the first time due to a leak from a shower. He couldn't attend immediately, but actually took his time to run me through diagnosis, and provided me with some helpful links. Extremely impressed that Peter took the time to do this, despite not expecting to receive anything in return. When I experience something like this , I feel I have to leave a review, as great customer service, and simply caring is in short supply. Can't recommend Peter enough and will be calling again.    I can't possibly understand how anyone has left a 1 star review for BPS. I had issues with my heating, they gave me free advice after a free call out inspection. I couldn't fix the issue on my own so called back, they arrived on time, clearly explained the issues while on the job, gave more useful advice on other work I thought about getting, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg either. 100% would recommend.

   What can i say about Peter. I had a major leak from my cylinder with water coming in through kitchen ceiling and thanks to Peter this was fixed very quickly............and on Christmas Day! I honestly cannot rate Peter highly enough I would easily recommend anybody to use his services. An absolute gentleman and a Christmas saver!
