   Really great tattoo shop. Communication is all done through getink app which is great for making enquiries, making bookings and discussing things. I have had two tattoos from Louisa now and she is really friendly, skilled and the fastest gun slinger in the south west! She can do a full colour tattoo the size of my calf in 5 hrs!

   Such an incredible experience! This was my first tattoo, Hannah took the inspiration photos I sent and absolutely aced it in all the best ways. She was so accommodating, and made me feel safe and relaxed, so relaxed to the point I had a great nap! I am blown away by the result and cannot recommend her enough! You will be seeing me again! Thank you so so so much! I absolutely love it!

   Couldn’t be more thrilled with my tattoo! Hannah was as my artist, really patient, fully of advise and thoroughly professional and absolutely nailed the execution of it! The whole studio was a fun, clean, interactive and full of energy, putting me at easy and making it a great experience! Chosen due to a personal recommendation and would fully endorse! Location pretty central and easy to find, depending when you visit parking could be a little tricky.

   Very poor service. Totally unprofessional. I was offered one date from 4 months after taking a deposit for my tattoo. When I cancelled on the day to get it done because of having suspected Covid, I was told I would have to wait another 6 months for another appointment. I was told that one of the reasons was that the artist had spent 1.5 hours of their time already on the design. Even though I was never shown the artists final tattoo design, just some photo shots taken off the internet that I hadn’t even asked for and sent to me the night before. Something that I could of done using cut and paste in a couple of minutes!!! When I replied to see the final design I was told they were at the cinema and would draw it on the day of my appointment. As I did not want to have to wait another 6 months to have my tattoo done I asked politely for my deposit back. I was told that as I had agreed to a non-refundable deposit back in June, I would not be able to get a refund. When I asked if they were happy for me to have come in having cold/flu like symptoms that could possibly be Covid. And also if I could at least see the final tattoo design that had taken the artist 1.5hrs to do for me they then blocked me
