Genuinely such a nice place, could tell everyone knows what they are doing, enjoy what they do and actually care about your tattoos. Very comfortable place and if you are going to get a tattoo, come here. Had meg doing my tattoos, super friendly and easy to talk to.
I’ve been here for a helix piercing and just had my first laser tattoo removal session, both from Charlotte. Super happy with the experiences! Charlotte is absolutely lovely and explained everything really well, making sure I was ok with the process. For the piercing she made sure I was pleased with the placement, and had aftercare products available to help with the healing. For the tattoo removal she kept talking to me to distract me from the laser! It was over much quicker than I expected and I’ve already got my next appointment booked. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get a piercing or remove a tattoo :)
Got a matching tattoo done with my friend by Meg and they came out even better than what we wanted so really happy! Also very friendly staff, notable mention to Charlotte who made my day haha! Definitely recommend and will be back:)
Had all 3 of my tattoos done here now and it’s the best place in the area! All the staff are class and really nice. Antonio is a great artist and never disappoints with his work! Can’t thank Long Island enough for their work!
I start by saying I do not recommend this shop at all . My mum booked a tattoo for me but I fell pregnant so when it came to reschedule the lady Charlotte was extremely rude and patronising being very rude to me and about my mum now we have lost the money and no tattoo. I have been warned about her before about how rude she is as my friend booked a tattoo then found out he had cancer and she refused to do anything about it and was extremely rude to him
Charlotte is lovely, did a great job of my piercing, very happy with the service I received. She was very thorough and clear, explained what she was doing at every step and helped to put me at ease when I was feeling a little nervous. Am going back soon to get another one!
Thanks to charlotte and her team for looking after my daughters first earrings, pierced elsewhere and incorrectly they became too tight and unable to change causing stress on the piercing. Charlotte made my daughter feel at ease and efficiently changed them with more suitable and prettier studs! So grateful! X
Got my tattoo done on the 28th September and I absolutely love it. Antonio was really polite and made me comfortable, he is very talented. And definitely going back there 100%
