   I had my ear pierced today after having a horrible experience when I was younger the member of staff named ruby had made me feel so comfortable and content when I was having my ears done I want the manger to know how lovely ruby was to me and my mum and comforted me whilst I had it done she’s a lovely member of staff to have and I hope this find her ❤️

   Can’t knock the staff at all as they are super friendly but got a third lobe piercing and helix piercing done and the helix piercing was done with a gun!! The piercing is so unbelievably painful I’ve ended up with a swollen and incredibly painful ear and had to remove the earring after a week as could no longer bear the pain. Avoid piercings here at all costs!!

   I visited Claire’s yesterday to get my ears pierced. Unfortunately forgot to ask the lady her name but she was incredibly helpful. She was patient and very kind which helped ease my nerves! I had the option of two prices for my lobe piercing either £65 or £45 depending which metal you were after, this included an aftercare sheet and solution for cleaning! The shop did get crowded but overall had a good experience and the staff were the best!
