Ward Park is a delightful park for a stroll on the edge of Bangor town. At this time of the year a park showing the colours of autumn.

Called in here with my son. Walked around to the aviary to look at all the birds and ducks. The park is well looked after, clean and tidy. I love the duck feeding station, Β£1 by credit card and it provides you with food for the ducks.

Really lovely wee park for a stroll and to feed the ducks. Loved the new sensory garden and bug hotel giant letters. Always a good summer programme of music in the park at the band stand here and the new play park is a great addition. Duck feeder at the water with contactless payment is genius. The only reason it loses a star is the sheet amount of gigantic duck/goose poo all over the pathways. Some of them are as big as a big poo and end up with shoes covered in poop! Lovely new cafe with indoor/outdoor seating and some kids games another great addition.

Lovely area of Bangor with many happy childhood memories for me. Area has stood the test of time quite well. Water quality in the river is very poor, and some of the paths at the waters edge are heavily fouled by the resident flock of geese. The new Playpark was an immediate hit with the grandchildren, a great asset, and very popular. New toilets yet to be built.

A great Park for a leisurely walk, a beautiful lake with lots of birds and ducks to watch. Small bird and animal enclosures too. An enclosed Children's playground and a mini golf area as well as bowling greens. Summer months, Music in the Park, great afternoons of great music from Blues to Jazz with lots more in between

Grew up beside ward park and have always like it. Could do with a few trees planted to replace those lost, 4stars because the big modern library building stands out like a sore thumb and makes it feel like the buildings are eating into park land. Play park has improved alot in 25 years for the better. And park was clean when I was there. Good job chaps

Went to a music concert here. Packed with people but very well organized. Plenty of volunteers who kept everything in order. Coffee shop and ice cream van

Lovely park. There are geese and ducks that live on the pond. Also a few fancy birds to see on the cages where they're looked after. It's one of my favorite walks in Bangor.
