If you look through the cracks, you can see what a rundown place is actually is⦠Actually, quite dirty. Also was generally harassed by a passing drunk in the hotel bar⦠The only good thing to say is its stafff who are very helpful location and the fact that the room had a window that could open

We were at the store in the evening December 21, and when my child needed to use the toilet, we asked one of the staff members. They told us we could go upstairs to the toilet on the second floor. However, when we went upstairs, a staff member (a young man with blonde hair) at the cafΓ© refused to let us use the toilet. Then my son (7-year-old child) started crying, and we asked again, βPlease, can he go? He really needs to.β The guy said βitβs already lockedβ. It felt incredibly rude and cruel. We were shocked. I ask the management to look into this incident. I wouldnβt have written a single negative word if the staff had told us from the beginning, βSorry, you canβt use the toilet.β But we were sent upstairs and told we could go, no questions asked. Then, on the second floor, your employee refused to let our 7-year-old use the toilet, even after we asked twice, explaining that he really needed to go. We would not have wasted our time and would have immediately left the store to find another place. And I wish that this employee always meets people just like him.

Been a while since I last visited this store . Have to say now that mens wear is on the top floor , what a shambles. Badly laid out , untidy and a lot of stuff reduced , were is the new season stuff , seriously all that reduced stuff should be out in January not now . I really hope the new store in ballymena isn't like this one . Sorry not my best visit .

I would really like to thank the workers there, they are kind and helpful, even in the most difficult situations they don't blink when you ask them for help. Today I noticed the clock at the last minute of the bus arrival and the line in front of the cashier was long, I went to the worker closest to me to give her what I had, I was embarrassed to ask her to return the item to another floor , Even though she was busy, she kindly took it and smiled "sure. No problem." This is not the first time a situation occurs that reflects the kindness and cheerfulness of the workers there. Many many thanks to you guys

There were some technical issues with tills but the staff were so amazing under pressure with regular store announcement and plenty of supervisors at tills. I felt sorry for the staff but thought they handled well an issue they were unable to control. Didnβt spoil my shopping experience

Amazing to see this old building brought back to life after the fire. Very spacious and bright.

A huge place for mostly all kinds of clothing, fabrics and home decors. Affordable price range. Only a minus point I noticed is; such a large structure should have some public facilities.

Lovely new building. Plenty of space for walking round. Great variety of goods on display. Only weak point was cafe you had to pay by card. No sign to say it was card only.
