   On Belfast’s men’s floor, where shirts misbehave, And confused boyfriends wander like they’re lost in a cave, There stands Stella—calm, majestic, bold— Like a retail superhero… but with better clothes. She rescues lads who don’t know their size, Explains “slim fit” without rolling her eyes. She folds shirts faster than humanly possible— Scientists agree: she might be unstoppable. When chaos erupts and the fitting rooms roar, Stella just sighs… then restores the floor. Customers leave feeling stylish and tall— Mostly because Stella did everything for them all. So here’s to our legend, our retail queen, The best in Belfast you’ve ever seen. If Zara had trophies, she’d win every day— But for now, this poem will have to do. (Sorry, Stella… yay!)

   The service in the shop is surprisingly poor on all three floors. The men’s section is tiny, squeezed onto the top floor, and only takes up about half the space. The temperature inside is uncomfortably warm. The jeans and clothing displays look cluttered and are rarely refolded or properly organised.

   I wanted to make a purchase in the men’s section. The staff member decided to stop serving and told me to head to the till downstairs. I went one floor down where two members of staff were at the till. They told me to use the self service tills or go downstairs to the ground floor. I went downstairs to the ground floor where there were at least 20 people in the queue with only one person serving. Peak shopping time during a school holiday. Poor service Zara Belfast. You lost a sale.

   Just trying to collect an online order - email informed me collection was on ground floor near changing rooms but there was nothing there so I asked at the till. Got told to go to first floor till, so I joined the log queue. Once it was my turn I got told to go to the lifts where the stand was. Waiting there again and no one came. Had to go and look for staff myself to get the package. Waste of time and space.

   Unfortunately, always the slowest service with the longest queues. Not because there aren’t enough tills but because they don’t open the tills and the people serving are very slow. Lots of people standing about tidying. Not a once off but the situation each time I am In store. Poor operational management.

   Zara Belfast - upstairs today . A guy was on the till… he couldn’t have worked slower. 6-7 people in the queue and he left the till and walked slowly up the shop to bring down a rack of hangers. He then started sorting hangers and hanging them in the rails ! Meanwhile 6-7 people standing waiting !!! Then he took hangers into the back if the shop and never came back . Doesn’t he know what customer service is . ?? Several people nearly left their purchases back . He didn’t care there was a queue as long as all the empty hangers were hung neatly . He had total disregard of the customers standing in front of him. Terrible

   This is a great male and female shop with clothing at a reasonable price. The only thing in the mens section is the heat of the place under the lights.Well laid out and organised.
