   Always a really friendly and helpful bunch of staff. They look after (+know everyone by name! lol) It's got a great range of goods, altho recently has gotten expensive (hasn't everywhere?)for a few of the most basic things.

   I only give this 2 stars the 2 stars is for the shop as you can get anything you want, but yesterday when I went in the girl behind the till wasn't pleasant to me anyway, I heard her being nice to other customers and after not saying a word to me like even a hello she talked to next customer very pleasantly saying "hello do you need a bag?" I never got that its as if she didn't want to serve me ! I've been in a few times as I pick up a prescription for my mum every week so would call in for a few bits and even had my mum in but she wasn't even pleasant then ! You can't pick and choose what customer you want to be nice to especially when your serving, I will stick to my own spar !!

   Newly renovated - looks much better. Big wide aisle which are much easier to get around. Has all the expected stock & offers. As ever - focused on the £1 sweet deals at the till..which is a killer temptation most of us do not want! Service is good and stock availability seems to be good. Free cash machine just outside the shop & post office inside. Sells newspapers, fruit and snacks/grocery.
