   Staff working the floor are so very rude. I accidentally used a product that wasn’t a tester (eyeliner put on my hand) and it was snatched up from my hands and told, “not tester” Avoid!

   Been getting my nails done with Emma on the run up to my wedding in October. My Mum has been going to her before she even started working at Superdrug and loves her to pieces so it is an absolute given that I would start going to her too.

   Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Superdrug – CastleCourt Belfast I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and the manager at the Superdrug store 22/11/2025 at 16:45 in CastleCourt, Belfast. I witnessed a completely unacceptable incident where the manager suddenly started shouting at a customer and falsely accusing them of opening a box of Gel Bunion corretor that was already open on the shelf. Despite the customer repeatedly explaining that the item had been found in that condition, the manager continued to blame them loudly in front of other shoppers. What made the situation even worse was that the customer was forced to pay for the already-opened product and then throw it in the bin right in front of the manager. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a store that is supposed to value its customers. No one should be treated this way, and management should be held responsible for such rude and aggressive conduct. I will definitely think twice before returning to this branch, and I hope Superdrug takes action to prevent this from happening again.

   Walked into this store at 17:47 as I checked the time on my phone whenever I heard, which must've been the team leader shoutin "the store's now closin. Everybody make their way to the tills". I found this unprofessional, rushed and a huge lack of customer service. Puts ya off going in. Not even a smile when u walked in.

   went in on the 20th of December clueless on what aftershave to get as a gift, one of the girls very helpfully guided me until I found the right one. Didn't catch her name unfortunately but my little brother was delighted with what she helped me pick. I think she had dark hair and she was on the till at the time.

   I felt the 2 till girls (one was a manager) were eyeballing me as soon as I walked into the store. They started 'fixing products' on every aisle I went down, while the manager was asking me if I was looking for something in particular, I told her I was browsing. I looked round and the other employee was having good old look through my hession bag, which contained a parcel I collected from Tomb Street post office. After perusing and buying the most espensive foot and hand cream I could find, I retured home angry that they thought I was thieving from their shop. I rang their head office and politely told them what had occurred. I'm not a thief, I've never been a thief and I never shop in this store again.

   Good store. Customer service could be better but can be forgiven considering it is a busy store. Only thing that really let the store down for myself was the nail technician attitude to me yesterday. I got gel nails done which I liked. I just didn't like the fact that, the other nail technician was pushy for me buy a nail package set after I repeatedly said no, she kept going on despite the fact I was already purchasing a couple of products that was recommended to me by the lady who done my nails. The experience made me feel frustrated and flustered.

   Shop is fine but recommend you avoid the 'eyebrow threading' station. Woman doesn't know what she's doing.
