Lovely pizza was really impressed! I order Paneer pizza and few sides , the crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside . sauce had just the right amount , and the toppings were super fresh and generous ,the pizza dough tasted amazing. You can easily see freshness the quality of ingredients .The Fat Pizza its now under new management very nice and friendly staff Will definitely come back for more .loved it !!

This newly opened pizza franchise today of The Fat Pizza is doing amazing opening deal of regular pizza @ £2.99 and large pizza @ £5.00. But I must say these are the best pizza’s I have ever tasted. Regardless of the deal or no deal, the pizza’s are certainly worth trying.

Disgusting. Food was cold, garlic pizza bread was undercooked and stale with no taste at all. Nachos were stuck together with rubber cheese. Milkshake insanely overpriced to be that tasteless.

I'm a bit conflicted with this review but I'll be honest otherwise there's no point.
A mate with whom I have a standing arrangement of providing dinner for the two of us on an alternating basis, the original reason is lost back in the mists of time but it's a good excuse to catch up for no other reason than to be friends.
I tend to get noodley things or stuff with rice, he likes to pick things up in buns.
The Guv'nor was a huge burger, it came in a fancy schmancy origami unfolding box, was massive, tasty, and a real treat. Sides were a bit pokey, not worth the expensive price tags of at least a fiver each. Delivery took longer than expected, but hey ho. When I asked him where it was from, he said that it was a gourmet burger place near Easy Hours. Nothing like that sprang to mind so I had a little online search the next day.
Apparently, there's a place called the big fat pizza company - which has appalling online reviews, and I mean scathing. On closer inspection, the council awarded hygiene certificate of one star was in Southend-on-Sea, (it seems to be an Essex-centric company) and the worst thing said about the local branch was long delivery times and nothing resembling customer service in the case of errors or suchlike.
Whether it's the same people in the same kitchen or different people in the same building I don't know - but we have ordered burgers from the big fat burger joint (via food delivery app) three times now and yes, delivery could definitely be quicker, but these burgers have been absolutely 10 out of 10 each time, and at a tenner as the starting price point, they bloody well need to be - and they have been, beef, double chicken, and double beef. Excellent.
Can't speak for the pizzas, never ordered anything from the pizza side.

Be carefully dodge delivery drivers i pay for all orders via the app in advance of receiving order,. Delivery guy pointed at my 12 year old son who looks alot older and said he delivered here my son took the food and never paid….. he then back tracked when he relised his age and said my son opened the door and not me but maybe some of my friends took the food and didnt pay. He said we had taken money off him and his family and out his sons hands….. he then back tracked when i asked for order reference from the delivery he spoke of. He then said my son went and took it from him down stair and didnt pay. Then he said he left it in the lift…. Then he said he knock on the door my son opened it he ‘d left the food in deliver bag you know the little lap top bags in the lift ran down stairs to get it the lift went back to our floor and we took it with out paying. He then said we order £60 worth and only payed £12. He said manager didnt want the hassle so didnt contact us and driver had to pay for it out of his pocket. This is a con man….. came to my home disrespected me and my family and when i started to call fat pizza as i was satisfied with his accusations he quickly had to go saying its raining outside….. i contacted fat pizza customer services as my son was in tears and i was fumming. They confirmed all orders have alway been paid by card in advance on app. You can not complain to them as there a call center for all branches told me to email the company to complain. Which i will and pop in to talk to the manager please be careful you dont need a horrible man trying to rob you while accusing your family of such evil stay clear. From a long time customer now going to dominos not these den of thieves

We ordered this pizza few times before and even delivery takes for ever we tried again but we won’t order again, pizza was soggy as it was reheated, very greasy . Delivery took too long. Ridiculous

ordered some food at 9:30pm and didn’t arrive till 10:45pm. food was cold and soggy and sent me a slice of chocolate cake instead of a biscoff cheesecake and the chicken wings wasn’t cooked enough so i couldn’t eat it. not a nice experience will never order again. there was also a blonde hair on my food and i have black hair not blonde
