   Terrible service. Placed order at 6pm. Called them at 7.30pm as it hadn’t arrived. Nobody picking up or replying to email I sent. Eventually at around 8pm after calling for 30 mins, two hours after I placed the order, somebody picked up and instead of apologising simply said they were really busy. Unbelievable. Surely they could have checked order numbers and contacted customers if they were having issues which would be have been the civilised thing to do. As it is, two hours of my day have been wasted. More even as I’ll know have to get food elsewhere and wait again. Hungry kid with me too. Watch them reply to this review and somehow say they were just busy. Stop taking orders then. Never again. If I don’t get the refund I was promised I will be pursuing this and will give you to the end of the week maximum to process the refund. Thanks for nothing.

   Used to be my favourite pizza in Bedford and one of the best in general. Unfortunately it is no longer as good, the brownie is tiny and pathetic for the price, the garlic cheese is decent and the Reggio is far too sweet and not a good pizza. A shame as the pizzas used to be far better.

   I ordered 1/2 meter pizza from here before and it was amazing. This time it was disgusting its apparently ham and mushroom pizza ham was only few slices like decoration so it was nearly only mushroom pizza, it was soo oily soggy dripping fat like cheap cheese was in use. Dough so thin all that grease was soaked trough. Not me not my guests wasn’t impressed. Safe to say never from this place again. And instead of party tray 24 piece what was ordered i received 2 1/2 meter pushed next to each other.

   We ordered 3 mega trays for my son’s 6th birthday party, the communication was fantastic with Alan and all our requests were catered for. They were kind enough to allow us to collect the pizzas before their normal opening time. The pizzas were delicious and excellent value for money. The kids and adults alike all enjoyed! Thank you for a great service and tasty pizzas!

   I love their pizza, I’ve ordered a few times. This is the first time in a while. I got a ham and mushroom. My first slice I lifted up and all the toppings and cheese fell off. I’ve got about 375 mushroom slices on my my pizza, and it looks like a child has cut it up because my and my girlfriend have head sized slices

   We’ve ordered from Etna for years, because quite simply it’s the best pizza in Bedford by miles! Much to our relief with new owners it still is the best… if not even better! The toppings are good quality and there’s loads of them! The base has that authentic tang to it and the menu has some nice new touches but maintains our favourites. They delivered fast too … no complaints here! Might have another next week … just to check they’re still yummy!
