2 undercooked pizzas! The dough appeared to be unseasoned and was soggy. couldn't be bothered to complain as was hangry. Wont be bothering with dominos again.
Order number 654536021 on 4/9/25 19:50 The beef meatballs tasted odd and was violently sick about 3 hours after eating 3 slices. I'd only eaten toast in the morning so it wasn't that. Rancid.
Honestly, I have always loved Dominos and regularly order. Lately though I have noticed that the cheese doesn't seem right. There is zero stringyness and hardly any saltyness. Last night was probably the last time I will order as we asked for double cheese (which should be standard on their margerita which we also ordered) neither pizza seemed to have any extra cheese to normal and again, no stringyness or saltiness. Will use a proper italian pizza place from now on

Ingredients missing on the pizza, garlic bread with no cheese on it. Too expensive for this type of quality. Defo will not order again from Domino’s in Kempston.
Two pizzas ordered with burger sauce topping (different days, different orders) two pizza delivered WITHOUT burger sauce topping, despite it saying it on the label on the box, am I going to get a refund for the extortionate toppings you didn't provide?

I ordered and collected a few weeks ago and everything was great (one pizza ordered). So felt confident to order a bigger order for delivery. Big mistake. The delivery driver wasn't sure he'd got the right address, the order was similar in some ways to what we ordered but also totally wrong. I ordered a vegan pizza with ham&pineapple as I am lactose intolerant, along with 2 Hawaians. My pizza wasn't labelled to show it was the dairy free one, good thing I don't have an allergy! My pizza was margarita, no toppings and like someone had dropped a spice container all over it, inedible. The others had mushrooms on them as well, strange Hawaian. Also the garlic bread had cheese all over it which we didn't ask for or want. Lastly, the person taking the order over the phone could barely understand English and was pretty incompetent. Never again.
