   Terrible customer service this evening, ordered a takaway, order arrived with no pitta breads, what is a kebab without a pitta, called them up only to be offered a discount on our next order, declined offer as wanted our complete meal, then they said they would send out some pitta breads...would have taken at least 20 mins to deliver, by that time the rest of the food would have been cold, refused to re send the whole order out again, so told them to come and collect the order and give us a refund! No customer service at all and actually quite rude! Ended up ordering from a different takeout which arrived before our refund, would not use again.

   We ordered a kebab tray this evening from Empire Grill. The food arrived and we were eager to start eating it, everything about it was awful! The chicken was dry rubbery and tasteless, The Donner kebab was completely burnt and dry, in my opinion it would’ve had to have been sitting around for quite awhile or burnt to bits directly off the grill! The chips were absolutely disgusting dry overcooked, totally inedible! We ordered this food as a reward for my son doing so well at football today so the whole family sat down together to enjoy this but within 30 minutes of eating it most of us were needing to use the toilet and had stomach cramps. I called the restaurant to discuss this problem, but the manager was not interested and very argumentative saying if the food was so bad, why did we eat it? I told him we tried some of it and the rest of it went directly into the bin because it was making us feel ill. I even offered my dog some of the donna meat and he turned his nose up at it and walked away, which says everything! I was offered a discount on my next meal and nothing more, who in their right mind would order again from a restaurant that had made their family feel sick and unwell. I would strongly suggest not to order from Empire Grill in Shoreham, it has a good review rating but if you look at some of the negative comments, a lot of people seem to be complaining of diarrhoea and stomach cramps after eating their food. This is an honest review from an honest hard-working regular bloke, I have no reason to make this sort of complaint for a simple £25 kebab tray

   Today's i take from that's place. Pancakes really melted You can't eat just like that. Tastes is ok siase is ok but that Pancakes ruin everything. Super flat. Wrap from that's place are not crispy. That's ruined everything. (But Tastes is good)

   I would recommend the Empire Grill to anyone. The food is always delivered hot and the staff are really friendly. Their home made chicken fillet burger is the best I've had. I order from them fairly often and I have never had a problem with them.

   Another disappointment. Thought I would give them another try, as they used to be great. But again it was crap, salad consisted of onion and two bits of cucumber. Kebab was OK at best, delivery took forever.

   In most restaurants prices are going up and portions are getting smaller. Empire Grill is the only place in the Shoreham area that still gives you a large serving when you order one and is cheaper than most. Never been disappointed with them, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
