   Called to find out where my order is as over a hour wait. Girl on the phone blatantly lying about how long it be, as told me it's only 15mins away when asked her to check if the food was in the building was passed to manager. Manager very rude tone and abrupt on the phone, to then tell me no orders with my name. Ordered through uber eats which states its coming from their establishment. But delivery time keeps on getting pushed back. Very hungry child at home. Not impressed

   I just did a deliveroo order and the order was suppose to arrive at 6.30 Pm as per deliveroo notification. Didnt receive the order and when called ., i was told it was delivered. No one delivered and we are the only office open at this time in the buidling. This seems a scam as deliveroo cant refund , as the restaurent is managing their own delivery. TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING FOOD IS A SCAM !!!!

   I ordering papa johns pizzas most of the time online. Today I ordered pizza through online delivery and I waiting for get the confirmation of order more then 1 hour. I call them after Amount Going through from my bank account they said they going to check then after 40 minutes I call them no one pick the phone. After 1hr I went to the Newport pagnell papa John the customer service assistant said my pizza in the oven. I’m waiting for get the pizza next 15 minutes and i paid delivery charge as well, this is not firs time, same thing happened last time when I ordered that time I was waiting more then 45 minutes because of online Confirmation delay. I Understood one thing even if I complain papa John’s customer service center no point .

   Our horrible delivery driver turned up swearing and cursing about the location of our house, nothing I can help or correct, if you cannot send drivers who can’t figure out why one side of the street is odd and the other is evens, then you shouldn’t be in the food delivery business. Absolutely disgusted and will never order again all down to how rude this man was. He even swore about how terrible England was because of this. If you’re not happy then *%#} off somewhere else you nasty piece of work.

   Had a pleasant experience ordering on the phone. Spoke with a gentleman called Depak who went above and beyond suggesting toppings for my pizza. As for the delivery I had a tall bearded lad, who arrived prompt and delivered with a smile. Will definitely continue to use Papa Johns in the future!

   Ordered for my partner and I & we decided to get vegan potato tots on the side, however when our food arrived it said that on the box but inside were chicken nuggets instead. I called up to tell them about the confusion and I had to text them a photo of the box and the contents in it as they quite clearly didn’t believe me (very random accusation of me to make, like I didn’t just want the food I ordered and paid for), and then said they were vegan nuggets so that I could eat them. They finally sent some out once I asked them to, which was actually a surprise considering they were adamant I could just eat the nuggets I didn’t want.
