Korpan is such a cozy, homely spot with food that truly tastes like itβs cooked with love. The service was amazing, and the kind man who served me even gave me a free dessert, which made the meal feel extra comforting. The portions are generous, the quality is great, and the prices are incredibly fair. Such a warm, heartfelt place and Iβll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious, I had tofu bliss with chicken, the chef was so welcoming, also homemade kimchi absolutely delicious and crunchy. We had homemade ginger and honey tea which was perfect for the cold weather, and a red bean bun which was incredible. All at an extremely affordable price!

The reviews are so high for a reason. Everything is extremely tasty and extremely fairly priced. Hoon the chef and business owner is so welcoming and gave us such a great hospitable experience, on top of the food which was already delicious. Do not hesitate to eat here! Will definitely be coming back next time I am in Brighton!

I got the tofu noodle soup and it was absolutely amazing, so light and fresh and easy on the stomach despite the fact that it's a very noodle heavy dish! The portion size was massive and it's good value for money. The flavour was subtle but wholesome and the service was impeccable. All staff were so lovely and welcoming, and came to check on us and offer help. The owner is so sweet and lovely :) Will definitely be coming back

Located in the Brighton Open Market, is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious Korean and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the friendly staff makes you feel right at home. The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, but the spicy noodle soup is an absolute standout. It's packed with flavor and heat, making it the perfect dish to warm you up on a chilly day. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for your money. Overall, if you're looking for a fantastic meal in a relaxed setting, Korpan is definitely worth a visit.

HOMEMADE KIMCHI! 1) Food β I eat three times there, always different meal and always.. average with lack of taste, flavours and any "WOW" effect. I often buy homemade Kimchi over there though. 2) Customer service β as it should be. They are good, kind people, but also nothing to write a profound poem about. 3) Interior β located in the specific Open Market, so I will not be really evaluating that sort of outdoorsy street food place with tables outside and their plenty of colourful, takeaway, Korean banners :) 4) Price β definitely overpriced for the food quality/taste being supplied

Great value for money, super friendly staff and very tasty. I had the Katsu curry which was lovely but everything looked good.

Tasty vegan options at reasonable prices to sit in or takeaway. My favourite is the vegan tofu katsu curry but the dumplings are delicious too. Good sized portions and always piping hot.

A lovely lunch! Had a big container of noodle soup (ramen) with pork for Β£6. The lady that took my order was so cheerful and helpful. The order took approximately 5-10 minutes to be ready, but it was quite busy when I ordered. I really enjoyed the noodles, although it was missing something for me, but still I would definitely be coming back.
