   My Dad and I was here last night and ordered some way over priced Chicken Wrap and what they called the Loddon Kebab. It was a few pence under £30 and the amount of food we received for that was a disgrace. My wrap looked hungry itself, hardly any meat in it. My Dad's Loddon Kebab did have a good range of food in it but it still was 40% salad. I think the primary issue here was the amount we were charged for the food. It's not nice to get back to your boat and realise you were robbed. My Dad also felt they lamb was rather tough. We could have had a sit down meal in the curry house for £20 more and that would have included drinks. It's a place we will avoid in future for sure.

   Last nights order was a disgrace ordered meal via food hub app at 7.01pm After one hr tried calling shop no reply on answer phone only. Contacted food hub who spoke to shop at 840pm who said it would be 10 mins 855pm called again to be told staff shortage and lack of drivers it would be 10 mins Food turned up at 920pm got a free bottle of drink, chips were hot all the rest Luke warm. Chicken fillet burger was 3 pieces of chicken stripes. Must be a record 2hrs 19mins We stop using them over a year ago for same reason but thought we would give another chance. So that’s another customer you have lost. Don’t understand how they remain open with the level of service Not being given

   Mix up on order. Phoned to get it rectified. They argued that I’d ordered what he sent us. Fortunately I could see what I’d ordered as I’d done it online and had it in a email. They eventually said they’d send out a replacement which would be with me in 5 minutes. 20 mins later it still hadn’t arrived, by which time the chips that we ordered to go with the kebab were cold. Phoned again to see what was happening, only to be told not to bother using them again! Rest assured! We won’t be! Spent a lot of money only to be spoken to very rudely! I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money!

   For the second week in a row I had the pleasure of buying my Friday night meal from Loddon kebabs. I found the staff very friendly and attentive, they offered me free taster of a very delightful potato wedge, I would definitely recommend them. The price was fair when you consider your food is being cooked fresh in front of your eyes. You always eat with your eyes first and hope the great taste follows. I very happy with my tasty chicken kebab and who knows I might even score a hat trick and go three weeks in a row. Thanks lads.- Kevin the chef!

   Disgusted with the service I received tonight. Food wasn’t delivered until long after the shop had closed and was left outside. Lucky thing I emptied the bins or I never would’ve known it was there. No call to let me know it had been left out there, no contact whatsoever. I damn well better get my money back after that!!!

   Truly awful service! Ordered my food and already thought the time frame for delivery was a bit too long (45 minutes- 1 hour). The food actually arrived 50 minutes after the estimated time of delivery. So waited almost 2 hours! The food was barely warm and it wasn't the best pizza I have had, to say the least. They also got my order wrong... I got a normal base rather than the garlic base I requested and paid extra for. I do not recommend and I will never buy from them again.

   Have had many Kebabs from here since recently moved to Loddon and without doubt they are the best I have had,the Shish and Kofte are excellent and the guys in there are so polite - highly recommended

   Food is always great, I’ve never had a bad meal in five years. Chicken is good quality & salad is always fresh! The two boys that currently run it in my opinion are excellent. Always very polite & friendly, and never make mistakes which is unheard of. They are both a credit to the business.
