Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated substantially. I used to order all the time, but the food presentation, taste and delivery times have become very poor. The curly fries are always cold, or the portions are pitiful. The wedges taste very bland and the wings aren't fulfilling. You can do better.
I come here often with freinds we love the pizza my only problem is one of the workers mixxed up two foods together we asked for a 12' pizza and garlic bread and we got garlic pizza bread with one side cheese one side without we took it and didnt conplain .
Initially, the service seemed good, likely because I was a new customer. However, after placing a few orders, the quality of service significantly declined. It felt as though, once they knew I was a returning customer, they no longer cared. In one instance, I received a completely rotten pizza — it was so bad I couldn't even take a single bite. I called immediately, and they admitted there was an issue with the bread. They promised a free replacement on my next order. But when I placed that next order, they conveniently "forgot" the previous issue and refused to honor their promise. To make matters worse, the manager refused to even discuss the matter further. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For the sake of my health and safety, I will not be ordering from them again.
We have been loyal customers of this establishment for quite some time. However, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last night, when we placed an order, it arrived completely incorrect. We had ordered a deep pan pizza, but instead received a thin-based pizza. When I contacted the restaurant to rectify the situation, I was told that the pizza sent was indeed a deep pan pizza, which was not the case. As I had already left home when the staff member agreed to resend the correct order, I took a photograph of the incorrect pizza as evidence. However, when I called back to inform them of this, they refused to send a replacement pizza and argued that the pizza sent was their deep pan pizza. If it had been a deep pan pizza, I would not have had any reason to complain in the first place. The staff member proceeded to call me a liar and left me waiting for over 45 minutes for a new pizza, which, when it finally arrived, was also a thin-based pizza. Throughout this ordeal, the staff members were laughing at me, despite the fact that I had two hungry children at home who had been waiting for their food since 5 pm. It was now 7 pm, and the situation had become a complete farce. While we have generally had positive experiences with this establishment in the past, the appalling behavior displayed by the staff during this incident has left us deeply dissatisfied. We will not be using their services again.
I ordered fist time from them. A big four and chicken wings. The delivery time estimates was 45 to 50 mins. All was fine but few points which will made me think before ordering again from them: 1. Pizza was delivered cold, (and it was fluffy instead of crispy) after 90 mins and 2 followup calls with the store. 2. One of Big 4 item was not delievered (Garlic Breads) Defintely a no for me. If you have lot of patience and want a cheaper option for more quantity, you can go for it. But do remember quality always comes with a price. Good luck to Farmhouse Pizza!
Took 97 mins to arrive after being told 45 mins. Food cold when arrived. When we called to see where food was they promised a cookie to compensate. Disgusting. Do not order on discount nights. Food went in bin along with the menu. Will not be ordering again
I was going to say I would never use them again. But technically I never did use them. Placed an order online received a message saying it would arrive around 5.30pm then recieved another message about 30mins later saying sorry your order is running late. And then around 1 hour after making the initial order received another message saying your order has been cancelled. Then I phoned the shop for some lieing mug to answer the phone and say he had already called me twice to tell me the order had been cancelled which was a blatant lie. This was the first time I tried to use them. If their pizzas are anything like their service then they must taste like s##t
never usually have a problem with this place… but yesterday we were left very disappointed. we ordered a “family special” meal deal which had garlic bread advertised as part of the deal. all food was delivered hot & promptly, but the garlic bread portion was missing. we jumped on the phone to give the guys a ring, and we were told that the garlic bread is no longer part of the deal… if something is being advertised and paid for, then it should be delivered. “they must not have changed it on just eat” is not a valid response.
Second time I've ordered from this place now. Pizza was delivered on time and was very fresh. Toppings tasted really good and the deep pan crust wasn't too heavy. Loads of toppings and a really good choice of pizzas, including vegetarian. Delivery guy was really friendly too. Pizzas come in 3 different sizes, up to 18 inches, which only costs about £3 more than a 13 inch. Well worth the money. I put a can of 7up in the photo so you can see the size comparison. Will definitely order from them again.
