Ordered chicken shish and Donner kebab, paid over £20 . Both were very dry , Donner meat hard as if yesterday's reheated . Salad was mainly cucumber and onion,9 pieces of cucumber upto 1 cm thick . Will not be going back which is a shame as used to be good
Just got a full donner meat out of the freezer and put it on to cook in 4 minutes there tried to serve it there could not cut it off right

I paid over £20 for rubbish! I ordered chicken nuggets and chips, mozzarella sticks, a donner kebab with chips and hot wings. When getting home after a 25 minuet walk (couldn’t wait to tuck into my food) I was surprised when opening a box of chips and - tub with donner meat on top of som chips and yes the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Yes we had the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks however after paying over £20 and telling the guy behind the counter I like onion and red cabbage to walk 20 minutes and finally see I have a tub of chips with some meat was highly disappointing! Please see photo as I have tried to call the take away way over 30 times before they closed and no answer! I very disappointed and shall not be using Milanos again! Due to the incompetence of staffing
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Atrocious. Disgusting food that turned up late and after checking prices on line after ordering by phone we had realised we was over charged by atleast 10 pound. Two bites and binned it. Tried to call to complain but no answer even though they answered five minutes prior to arrival. Grab the money and run. Truely disgusting food !!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
This place used to be really good but I think the food quality has gone down recently, on numerous occasions the food has made us sick and almost every time they have either have got our order wrong or forgotten something completely so take my advice and avoid this place
Very disappointed. Ordered two Americano Pizza's and both were burnt. Called the shop and complained. He apologized and said we are very busy can't send a driver now. Avoid avoid avoid
Beyond a joke. This place is 3 miles from the property we rented for the weekend and estimated delivery time was 40mins, actual delivery time 1hr 40min. Chicken was the driest I've ever had and the lamb doner was like plastic. Chilli sauce was like water and extra large portion wouldn't pass for a medium back in Bristol.
A very welcome lockdown treat. Delivered quick and hot. Everything freshly prepared. Salad tasty, fresh and crispy. Excellent mixed kebab and a lovely mixed burger. Garlic sauce to die for. We will definitely be returning customers.
