Just dropped in on a whim as I’m working here from Newcastle. I was not expecting much but I was very surprised when the staff was extremely friendly and talked. The food was better than expected and was very very nice. Thanks again for the garlic!
Terrible customer service. Have been ordering from here for over a year but today the pizzas were cold and when I called to raise the issue the manager was rude and called me a liar. Not willing to listen and claimed it was sent out straight away bearing in mind I waited an hour for the pizzas to arrive! I will never order from here again, they need some training on customer service. The icing on the cake was the fact the manager referred to me as “darling” even when I asked him to stop!!
Pizza here was nice, but nothing major. Average chip shop pizza. Also price was £1 more booking over the phone than on their website. Guy behind the counter 13th Feb was friendly too.
if you value your money AVOID. Missing items no sauce... food quality terrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY and get dominos or something similar where food quality at least bear minimum.
Hands down best takeout I've had the pizzas where fantastic and sides all tasted delicious and not at all oily. Most definitely will order again.
been ordering from here for a few months now. never disappointed, can feed a family of 4 for less than £20 with delivery. food always come hot and is just delicious. I definitely recommend you give them a try
I had just had surgery and hadn't eaten. Ordered food and it came to the hospital and they rang and couldn't have been nicer. I love nomis anyway but more so now. Even if others could deliver here. It felt they went above to get it to me and hot and I want to thank them
