Waited 30 min for a delivery for it then to be cancelled, got there and watched my food sit there without anyone asking for another 10 minutes. Loads of staff just sat staring at the food, not a clue what to do when busy. Food still mostly warm and good though.
First time placing an order here! Delivery driver polite & professional! Food was piping hot!! The pizza was so fresh! And well presented! Chicken wings also lush! Really happy with the order, quality of food & the delivery service!
Pizza was verry over done looked and tasted burnt very disappointed normal lovely pizza but to day was hard and not verry nice
I'm rating this specific delivery order as I've never had a problem before and I've been a loyal customer for the past couple of years. I've ordered pizza, drinks and desert for my son and I. He's been waiting excitingly for the desert part only to see that the main ingredient that makes the cinnamon dough a desert was missing. The chocolate dough balls were just a dough which doesn't justify the almost £5 price. I've tried calling the store unfortunately there was no answer - I appreciate the store might be bussy as it's a BH Monday, however such giant as Domino's should think about introducing an app feature to report delivery issues or something similar.
Always had great service from the crew at Towcester, they are all super friendly and wonderful people. Pizza's are always hot, and the sides are always cooked properly. Never had a bad experience from this dominos in all the years we have used them. Our latest delivery guy tonight, was absolutely lovely, very cheerful and friendly, a credit to the team.
I used them for the first time tonight, delivery to Silverstone; the pizzas were good and delivery was really quick, about 25 minutes on a Friday night. The delivery driver was really friendly and polite, I feel ashamed I had no cash to afford him a tip.
It took them 2 hours to deliver our food. we ordered potato wedges which was half empty and stone cold and the pizza was cold too. They also forgot our drinks, bearing in mind we’d already paid for this. Tried calling them 10 times but no answer. Really disappointed and will not be coming back. I strongly do not recommend them.
Very disappointed. Pizza was cold when it finally got to us. Mine had obviously been tipped and all the toppings had slid to one side. It was also so ‘old’ by the time it got to us that my thin and crispy base was not crispy at all !!!!
