   I went in to get food he was no where to be seen and then came running at me shouting no dogs I had my service dog on me and he was wearing his harness saying service dog I explained that he is my service dog and also showed him the letter from the doctors but he continued to lean over the counter shouting I DONT CARE all I done was politely explain that he is my service dog but he continued to shout in my face!!!

   Ordered a 18” meat feast pizza. Pizza came hot and looked fresh. Took approx 20 mins from when i ordered the food to be delivered and delivery driver was polite upon arrival. Pizza is a little greasy however for a cheaper takeaway pizza not an issue and was still tasty.

   I recently ordered a delivery from this shop, and it was honestly a terrible experience from start to finish. The pizza that arrived was in such poor condition that I was shocked. The taste was awful, the texture was unpleasant, and something about it just didn’t seem right at all. After forcing myself to try one slice, I immediately felt sick. I couldn’t eat any more — the rest of the pizza went straight into the bin because it was completely inedible in my opinion. I’ve had many takeaways before, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food. This was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I really hope the shop takes a serious look at their food quality, because based on my experience, I would not order from here again.

   The Worst Restaurant in Brighton I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant altogether Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I ordered a pizza, and all the meats on it were completely raw and undercooked, while the vegetables were old, not fresh, and had a foul smell, clearly showing that the ingredients were spoiled. No one in my household could eat it, and we had to throw the entire order away because it was simply not safe to consume. When I contacted the restaurant staff to inform them about what happened—hoping they would handle it professionally—their response was shockingly rude and dismissive, with no apology or effort to resolve the issue. Honestly, I wasted my money and my time, and completely lost trust in this place. Be careful guys there have different names in Deliveroo like Brooklyn Calzones

   I’ve ordered on Deliveroo app after a 1/2 hour I never receive my order, and the restaurant said that they delivered my food in 29 min but they never did and i got robbed for 17.89£

   AWFUL!!!! Ordered online, rang multiple times asking for an update of which they had none! The last time we rang it had been delivered but not to my house!!! The man I spoke to in the end was only helpful once I got my boyfriend to speak, so very misogynistic as they were no help when I rang the 3 times before! Food has been sent to the wrong house but they are too busy to help £25 down the drain

   Food poisoning, couldn’t eat for 2 weeks and lost 5-6 kilos. Blood in my stool, gut infection. Why open a takeaway when your chef can’t even cook.

   Probably worst service I’ve had. Food was 20 minutes late so I called the shop. Person on the phone told me to stop calling the shop so many times and wait. Told him this was the first time I called and just kept shouting over me. Get some manners and don’t jump to conclusions bloody mong.
