    There were many good options, though most were cold-food, not many hot-food options. The workers there kinda acknowledge you but don't say much, or great much. Sometimes they do, but unless you don't mind people not talking or saying hi to you, be aware. Overall, M&S is just another shop, so not much is expected - obviously it won't be too quality - but it's pretty standard and good for many people popping in for a quick snack/item - including Travel Lodge people!

    Not only is it overpriced, they are misleading people the the meal deal. Picked up a sandwich, crisps and drink, all from the areas marked for the deal, get to the till, no deal. Apparently the clearly marked areas for the deal are not filled with the ACTUAL deal.

    Only automated tills available. Selling pasta in tubs without forks; seemed a bit of an oversight for a shop in a motorway services.

    Good break but the only break in the toll station. Th food items are super expensive so if you think of having a stop to have dinner better skip this place or wait for the other service.

    All I wanted was the meal deal, I am on a 15 minute break and want quick service. Asked a member of staff which snacks are in the deal, he says anything with a red label. The sandwiches seemed to be all in one area with lots of "meal deal" advertising. I get to the till, same staff member can't get the meal deal to register, eventually saying this sandwich was not in the deal. MAKE IT EASY put the meal deal stuff in one area. How easy is that. Didn't have time to browse again, so went away hungry and learned a valuable lesson. DON'T EAT AT M&S. Quicker and clearer prices at burger king and Greg's and everywhere else on the services.

    Lovely setting, with a big lake and outdoor seating. So unusual to have a children's play area but very very welcome as it gave my toddler a chance to burn off energy. Good selection of food and drink outlets.

    Modern, clean and tidy services. Lots of food options including BK, Greggs. Multiple Costa shops. Large seating area. Very big dog walking area.
