Great shop Great Staff the only thing get to me is people parking in the disable bay and NOT disable its always work vans doing it
Turned up at opening time 7am for it to be closed I wait at the door as there was a number of staff working. When at the door a member of staff came to the door telling me we are open at 7 I said it is 7 and it continued a couple of times before I put my phone up and said it is 7. She then walked off leaving me at the door so I walked to my car then a lady when I was at my car opened the door I found the service to be very rude throughout my visit wouldn’t recommend.
I started to use this Co op store regularly now on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice Co op and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. I popped in on Saturday and a young man on the checkout was so helpful and kind all with a lovely smile his name was Shaun. Keep up the great work. Well done ✅. Yet another impressive visit. Josh incredible helpful. I needed goats milk. He directed me straight to it and even jumped on to a checked to get the queue down afterwards. It's a supermarket. I don't know why people are complaining so much, it seemed fine to me. Selection was limited but it's a small shop.
Shop assistant on the tills at midday Sunday 6th March was rude and condescending, I would prefer not to be spoken to like a child.
Good store. But staff not wearing masks. I understand that's a choice but it's also a choice not to go in. If you're vulnerable I'd be uncomfortable. Otherwise this store is convenient, well stocked, and decently priced.
2nd visit in a few weeks and the 2nd time the till has scanned an item through that is higher than the discount price on the shelf. Twice the price. Makes you wonder about all the people that don't notice or challenge it. Dodgy.
