   Really nice pub with lovely staff. We often go here for a pre or post cinema bowl of chips and a bevvy. Cosy welcoming pub vibes, but not stuffy or dark and they're usually playing an album on the turntable. Cute patio and garden area with twinkley fairy lights. There's a small carpark to the side.

   Had a roast today at The Swan Inn for my boyfriends birthday. It was the best roast we had ever had. I had a veggie option and it was goats cheese. Highly recommend this dish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and fabulous. They work very hard. We booked again for next Sunday and can’t wait to try another roast option off the menu. Sticky toffee pudding was exceptional! One of the best desserts we have had! Parking available. Dog friendly which is great! Overall brilliant place! Thanks for an amazing experience.

   Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier welcome at this pub. Went with a few friends after a long walk it was it was perfect. Really nice atmosphere, great service and brilliant Sunday roast. And all on a day when they were short staffed. Will definitely return next time I’m in Lewes.

   Popular pub on the outskirts of Lewes. Mostly tables all fully booked throughout the day showing how popular it really is, so be warned, don't expect to find a place to sit if you didn't book, especially as food serving times. I was in a group of six and we had a table from 1.30pm til 4.30pm, plenty of time to eat two courses and chat. It's a great pub which has a turntable on the bar and they only play music out via vinyl. Fantastic eclectic mix too. A great little enclosed garden out back, fab in the summer, but still had the smokers out there yesterday (Dec 30th). Good choice of food with something for everyone, veggies and vegans too.

   We were here at lunchtime in the first week of August. Sat in a lovely courtyard with shelter over some tables to keep off any rain. Super food and a lively atmosphere. From what I could see, it got very busy by 1pm, so get there early!

   Wonderful pub which my family always choose for meeting with friends and birthday lunches. Lovely outside seating of which half works well in the pouring rain too, and delicious cheesy chips! Highly recommend as a Lewes Harvey's pub if you're in a group, but probably best to book ahead as it's quite popular.

   Lovely pub with a spacious pub garden. We had a Sunday roast and it was delicious with lots of veggie options - 3! (not in picture.) Though they have walk in tables, I recommend to book ahead to get a guaranteed seat.

   Delicious food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We had a smoked salmon fillet and the jerk chicken, both off the specials board, and both of which were delicious. Reasonable prices, and good drinks too. Can't fault it!
