   Best hummus in Brighton, possibly the best in the world! Great pittas as well. Just had an absolutely delicious salad falafel pitta pocket for lunch and bought two giant tubs of hummus to take away. Yum! Oh and they are super helpful and lovely, they'd run out of pittas to take away but Mr Smorl helped me locate somewhere else nearby to buy them. Thank you!!

   Really tasty food and really friendly staff! As a coeliac and vegetarian it’s great to have multiple options to choose from on a menu. We ate here for lunch on Saturday and came back to grab food to go before leaving Brighton on Sunday. I would recommend the falafel salad and the bolognaise (which my non vegetarian non gluten free boyfriend loved!)

   A buzzing place at the centre of the Open Market, serving up very tasty vegan food. Love it! I had a pitta pocket - soft, fluffy and plump mamoosh pitta (my absolute favourite), stuffed with freshly fried falafel, pickles, smorl’s hummus of course and salad. It was grand, even if they did go a little overboard on the cabbage haha. The hummus is known for being great and it is, being sold in many shops. The falafels weren’t dry at all and it was absolutely packed! They don’t skimp on the fillings. It’s not just pitta though, with a whole menu of other goodies that I will have to try. All healthy and hearty and vegan. Salad boxes, wraps and loaded dirty fries (maybe they’re not healthy but still!) The staff were working hard, providing quick and friendly service and I was most impressed! Thanks guys

   Great market cafe with a nice menu centered around falafel and hummus. We had the falafel wrap, a pitta patty and the loaded chips, which were incredible and very unique. Everything was excellent, would 100% recommend

   Had the most delicious wrap today with the home-made chips too, absolutely delicious, as was the perfect flat white with out milk, extremely good value too and food really well presented. Really nice environment and setting too. Highly recommended.

   Wowwww I would come all the way back to Brighton just to eat here again - definitely not one to be missed! I had the salad bowl and my boyfriend had the falafel Bolognese - not something I’ve ever seen anywhere else and he loved it! Friendly service and affordable prices
