My food was freezing cold by the time it got to me. My child’s chips in her happy meal were undercooked I never received my drinks I ordered, I also ordered chicken selects and they never came. The delivery driver was too busy talking with his girlfriend to deliver my food.
Staff was lovely; it was busy, but I didn't need to wait long for my food. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, and the food was okay as usual.
On this way, I congratulate ELLIE, the most rude, shameless and careless employee of Mc. I waited more than 30 min for my order and I asked her why it takes so long. She shouted at me that "I can't do anything" and that I still have to wait. There were people at 12AM who were still waiting for their brakfast for more than 40min, now being 2PM. The employees are stressed, overhelmed and just a few. The inside is a huge mess. The food I've recevied was cold and it's the third time when I order sauces they're not giving it to me.
The worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Every visit the food is cold. Always waiting at least 20 minutes for it too be made but it comes out cold, makes no sense. Staff attitude is disgusting. You ask how long it'll be after waiting 20-40 minutes to be ignored, shrugged off or told its only just come up on the screen. But when you make a scene it gets done immediately. They employ kids and expect them to handle the fast food industry. It's not a fast good restaurant although it makes out it is, it's extremely slow food service. The manager is an absolute tool. Had the nerve to have ago at me because I asked how long my food would take. If you're thinking of going, don't. Not worth it.
Very disappointing visit this evening. I do not blame the staff as it appears that there weren’t enough of them to carry out the job properly. We ordered on the self service machines and it took very long for the order to be prepared. The restaurant area was unclean and untidy (see images) and all the time that we were there we did not see a cleaner.
Nothing much to complain. Got my order without too much of a delay. Saw the staff trying their best to manage the high demand. Was disappointed to see some customers not taking effort to keep the place clean by using the garbage disposal facilities. Toilets were not that clean. I would say both the customers and staff is equally responsible for that.
Half term, yes we know it's gonna be busy. 40 mins after our order was placed, it disappears completely from the preparing board, and no food appears. Manager was very young and couldn't cope, and I was one of the lucky ones! Feel sorry for the staff, spoke nicely to one who went and got our order fresh, but site is a complete mess, staff walking through rubbish and dropped food. Senior management should be ashamed.
Slow service, cold food, and parking fines. Each time I’ve been to McDonalds in Brighton Marina, I’ve been more disappointed. They consistently take on more orders than they can handle, leaving you waiting long periods. My food has been cold on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, they issue parking fines if you stay for longer than 45 minutes. Once, I was in the Drive Thru for 30 minutes and then was asked to park up. 56 minutes later, my food came cold and I got a parking fine in the post. The floor staff are great, but poor management and predatory parking fines have ruined this restaurant, and for that reason they deserve a solid one star.
