   Food was amazing, Ellie our server was super lovely and helpful! Didn’t have to wait long for food, brought main meal out for our child same time as starter which really helped. Wasn’t rushed and really enjoyed experience. The place was decorated lovely for Christmas. Would recommend.

   We are regular M&C customers and always love the food we have. This time was even better. Steak was perfectly cooked and everything was served hot. Our waitress Kim was lovely. She was very kind and helpful without being intrusive. She made the visit feel personal and not rushed. All round an excellent meal and service that went the extra mile.

   Came for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We come here as a great place to celebrate special occasions. The food is lovely; well prepared m, fresh and very tasty.    Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food here. The steak was cooked to perfection with an excellent blue cheese side salad and some greens. Very reasonably priced and excellent setting. Parking around the back and easily accessible.

   The restaurant was fully booked but we got squeezed in thanks to the deputy manager John. We got served by lovely and very professional waitress Sarah. All the members of staff were really nice and very friendly. The service was outstanding. Nothing was a problem. We really enjoyed our evening and once we come back to Brighton we will visit again.    The food was absolutely beautiful. Honestly didn't know chicken could be so flavourful. Miller and Carter's speciality is steak but every other dish was so good it was as if they specialised in it. I had never been before but will definitely be returning. Great service, food, cocktails and personally good value for money. Can't wait to go back.
