Fantastic service, delivery time and burgers! Ordered a home delivery of two double cheeseburgers. Arrived in 15mins!! Great! Burgers were loaded with fresh tasty salad and sauces. Big bonus! Burgers were tasty, hot and filling. It’s not a gourmet burger but way ahead of other chains.
Lovely burger place. The staff are always lovely, the owner is great and the food is always delicious too. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s even better than ever now. The Milkshakes are great too and now they have more choice of flavours too. Lovely refurb too. Best burger place in Brighton tbh.
Ordered via uber eats. Waited over an hour for the wrong food to turn up cold. Kids meals ordered and a veggie burger and double burger arrived. Contacted uber eats who refused any resolution whatsoever so was forced to open a PayPal cade to get money back.
amazing burgers and they serve the best chicken bites in Brighton they're crispy and juicy and healthy, and they have amazing thick banana milkshakes. I highly recommend them to you, affordable prices and worth the price! the staff are very friendly too and always willing to help... also they have tasty brownies so visit the shop and find out for yourself..!
A Brighton institution, and legendary burger bar that I have been coming to since I arrived in Brighton in 2021, been a regular at the Carden branch for 15 years. Food is solid, reliably well made, very tasty, adequately portioned and great value for money. Burgers are very meaty, decent chips, and nice milkshakes. If it wasn’t great, we wouldn’t keep coming back. The recent makeover looks really good too.
The beat burgers I recommend the blt or customising one of your own I had a thousand island with pineapple fantastic. Not the friendliest service they tend to pretend your not there when waiting for your order and I rang ahead to preorder my food and they answered the phone to tell me they don't take orders on the phone,! Why bother?
The best burgers in Brighton!! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, food was delicious at good prices too and quick. Would highly recommend!
Poor customer service... So, been here a couple of times. Food is good and fresh shakes are great for the kids. Normally solid. I wanted to add a plain burger bun (for my kid) to my large order for the whole family. The server taking my order did not know how to put this through so asked the manager (I guess?). The manager(?) told the server to put it through as a veggie sandwich (sorry this is boring for me too but there we go) which costs £3.95. Obviously, I said that wasn't going to work as it is just plain bread. Could she charge me for fries or something instead? The server went to check. Discussion. Nope. That was the only option. Really? I'm about to spend about nearly £30. Can't do me a bun for less than £3.95? Nope. Okay. So I cancelled the order and went to MacDonald's instead. Sad times. Thanks for sticking with the moan. Poor customer service took me away from a local business.
