Cellar is a one man restaurant in the basement of Cafe Rust catering to just 10 covers at a time. It used to have a set menu but now offers options (inc vegan/veggie). We shared the entire menu. Every dish was a delight. There is some seriously good cooking on show here. And the host/chef/waiter is a lovely guy offering the warmest of welcomes. Don't hesitate to visit, you'll not regret it.

Amazing food and drinks, definitely a unique a experience in Brighton. Left very full after a really fun night! There was a group of us so we had the place to ourselves which was super fun, Paul even let us have our own playlist. Would definitely recommend if you fancy something different, if you are celebrating a special occasion or are just looking for some damn tasty food!

Birthday meal was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the chef in action and having a set menu is always very special, absolutely love to be told what to eat as opposed to having to choose! Each dish was well thought and delicious! We can’t wait for Cellar to be back
