Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food. We walked in and stood by the “wait here to be seated” sign, but after waiting 10 minutes without a single staff member in sight, we decided to leave. Honestly, waiting 10 minutes is too long if you ask me. Theres no problem in waiting but you have to be acknowledged at least. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for no staff being available, and at the very least someone should be keeping an eye on the door for customers at all times surely. Really poor, 7 Bone Brighton. We ended up going to Nando’s next door instead.

Good burgers at a normal price. The variety on the menu was actually insane, with so many different burger and chips options. As mentioned, the burgers we selected were good, not mindblowing, as the sauce did a lot of the heavylifting/ The Halloumi burger didn't taste of Halloumi at all, even when you had it on its own. But for the rest, I'd come back to try all the other options for sure!

BEST burgers in Brighton, and the cheesy chips are great too. The staff are always so helpful and lovely. Would 100% recommend :)

Staff were friendly and attentive, food was tasty, it was the perfect place to stumble upon on our little spontaneous evening out. Newt insisted on trying the battered olives which he loved but were a little too salty for me. The banoffee milkshake was lovely but a shame there weren’t vegan milkshake options as newt would have liked one too. I had the Dirty Linda burger which was delicious and although the menu marked it as spicy it was very manageable even for my very sensitive palette. Anyway generally the vibes were pretty good and the food was pretty good and reasonably reasonable priced. Plus there were plenty of dairy free and gluten free options, and everything was very clearly marked on the menu.

Haven’t been since 2020 - we miss ELLIOT!!! :( This place ran so well with him in charge. As now service isn’t the fastest. But the food was top notch! Although was told I couldn’t have a patty melt?! Due to lack of bread?! I mean… what?

Great place for some burger fun times! Medium size place with a nice amount of space between the tables. Service is quick, friendly and helpful. Happy to explain anything on the menu or give recommendations if you're struggling to decide. The menu is made up of fun, but well made burgers, various loaded/dirty fries, fried chicken burgers, shakes and cocktails. They also have a nice size children's menu. We tried the bacon blue cheese burger and the Italian inspired burger with mozzarella, smashed meatballs and marinara. Both were cooked rare as we requested. The blue cheese and bacon burger was amazing and wouldn't be out of place on any fancy gourmet burger place that charges twice as much. The Italian burger was good, but to my taste, could have done with more marinara sauce and the Italian meatballs with the beef patty was a bit like putting a hat on a hat, but, maybe that's the point! We also shared a side of dirty fries that were essentially a big mac if a big mac were fries. Definitely one of the better places to eat in the area and worth making a trip to if you enjoy burgers!

The absolute best place I've ever found for vegetarian junk food. The burgers are so good, fries are excellent, and the service is so friendly. If you like burgers, this is the place.

I’ve been to 7 bone in Hove before and it does not disappoint! The burgers to the sides all the way to the drinks are amazing! One big chicken is a must! Oh, and get yourself a milkshake! Side note for the vegans: they cater for you too!
