   Cancelled my ordered as said I was out of their area after originally accepting the order. So I ordered elsewhere but then they delivered the food. I rang to ask what was going on and they said they won’t charge me as it’s their mistake but still took the money from my bank! The food was burnt and looked rank anyway so it went in the bin as I had food from elsewhere. First a last time I will be ordering from here!

   Can't really quote on atmosphere since I had take away. I can however state that Jasmine's has been recommended to me from family and family friends, i ordered prawn toast, prawn balls, beef with water chesnuts and some mini veggie rolls. All were amazing, would absolutely recommend

   Please don’t wast your mony its gone way down hill and the food is not right. Rice smells damp and the curry sauce is congealed. I was very hungry so had to eat some of it. We had chicken chow main and tastes really burnt. The chips were brown.the only thing that was good was the sweet and sour sauce.sorry jasmine you are letting your self down. And they missed a rice and won’t give a refund and waited 1 hr and 30 minits

   We had two takeaways over the festive season, one of which was this evening. Both of which were delicious. The online ordering system is brilliant. And the food was ready when we asked for. The quality of the ingredients, especially the king prawns is fantastic. A welcome surprise as some takeaways skimp on the quality. My new favourite dish is the Aubergine in black bean sauce. And the salt chilli chicken. The service was friendly and efficient too. I’d like to add that after reading the other reviews posted, I think it’s unfair to judge the quality of the establishment by the quality of the delivery service.

   Just had a meal from jasmine half an hour ago, I am a retired chef who has cooked meals for the Royal family on several occasions! So I feel able to review the meal without prejudice..it arrived on time, hot and extremely fresh! It was well presented and full of flavour! It rates as probably the best off the cuff takeaway I have had, so buy with confidence and enjoy!! this was my 1st visit and I hope not my last! Thanks to the Chef and the lovely lady who returned my call checking what I had ordered, Top Notch!! Regards Paul kenning. M.I.S.M.(Retired.)

   Ordered takeaway for delivery was told would be 1 hour. Then received a call saying will be 30 mins more, ok understand busy Saturday. 1hour 45 minutes no sign of takeaway phone line going to voicemail. Relative arrived home and gave me a lift to the takeaway shop. Was told still not ready waited a further 15 minutes in the store. When finally was given the food it was 2 hours asked for some compensation considering I came and collected and if waiting it still wouldn't have been delivered to my house yet. Was given 1 pound! If I had been given some compensation would return again as I do really like the food but the service was no good. The lad at the counter said they knew they wouldn't meet the 1hour 30 minutes but he was told to say that by the kitchen. Honesty goes a long way!

   We have used jasmine before, but the standard of food has been going down hill slowly to the point of them delivering rotten cucumber, attached photo. We will never use this place again

   Shredded chilli beef portion £6. First time trying this takeaway and I was very disappointed. Far too expensive for such a small portion. Phoned to give constructive feedback and explained what I received was a very small portion for the price they are charging. They apologised and said they will think about the portion sizes next time I order. We collected so they don't know who I am but if I order from them again I will be asking for a deeper dish if I am to be charged £6 or I'll pay £3 for this portion. I know businesses have struggled in the pandemic but this isnt the way to make money.
