   Consistently one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. Unfortunately, this McDonald's has developed a habit of identifying orders as 'Please Collect' when they have only just been put through. I can only assume this is due to some kind attempt at gaming their own systems to show a fast service. This is far from the case. Not only is the service slower than typical McDonald's restaurants, but the food is often cold or at the very least not piping hot. Although this is no fault of the restaurant, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Several children's rides are just outside the restaurant, perfect if you're looking for entertainment for you little ones, but a rather graining, loud and irritating feature for those that don't. Further the restaurant is far from clean. Everywhere you cast your eye you'll see stray packaging, left over food, and grubby surfaces. Compared to the McDonald's on the seafront, this location is a pig sty. It's very interesting to see the difference in service, cleansiness and standards between these two restaurants. If you're looking for a McDonald's in the Shoreham/Southwick area, I strongly recommend avoiding this one and attending the seafront venue instead!

   Popped into mcdonald's holmbush tonight after late night shopping not been for at least a year don't know why we bothered still hasn't changed I had double cheese burger meal chips were good but no salt anymore burger was cold. Complained and was told money back or a fresh burger but had to hand back first meal. Either chips are cold or burger is cold or if really unlucky both are cold.

   Waited 35 Minutes for food, came cold, ordered a large Grinch Lemonade, came half full and was told thats how they come... now we have a burger king not to far from here, I will be going there instead.

   Food is stale and cold, usally come here all the time, foods just gone down hill, flys are everywhere in the restaurant makes me wonder why. Photo of all the little flys disgusting!

   The food is a lot better here than the one on Eastern Av. My mornings/afternoons are usually better once I've spoken to Cindy. She's very friendly with a lovely personality and she's beautiful. She's very good with customers and works hard.

   My 2 children forced me in here, they love it but objectively, the food is no longer fast, instead having a Argos style ticket system which seems to have no logic behind it, the giant ordering screens are good but claims it has table service (but didn't have any of the particular markers to do this). I mean, it's McDonald's so you know what you're getting, it's noisy and full of people that like eating McDonalds as much as my children do. You're not going in expecting a high level dining experience so this is a fine case of you getting what you pay for (and definitely not what the photos look like suggesting what you will be getting). My kids like it, I don't.

   The store is very clean and that where the quality ends. We went in after a shopping trip for a quick bite. The order was slow to arrive there were plenty of staff just standing around not may customers. When we got out to the car the food was Luke warm the chips were cold burgers just warm the toffee lattes had no cream even the usualy scolding apple pies were cold all round very disappointing I didn’t take it back as we were now running late due to the wait also while we we’re waiting a lot of food was coming back.

   We have found this branch to be clean and tidy , food hot and quick delivered to table . Staff we attentive and friendly on several visits , tables s quickly cleared and wiped . Handy having M&S and Tesco next door too .

   Avoid, avoid, avoid. Popped in here for a takeaway lunch a couple of months ago. It was incredibly busy and the staff were clearly completely overwhelmed and had lost track of many orders. There were lots of angry customers. We waited 45 minutes only to find that our order had been mistakenly deleted. We then waited while a manager made our order and even then, when we got to the car we found we were missing items. I swore we’d never go back. But today, more fool me, I let myself be persuaded by my kids. Staff were again overwhelmed, piles of food and stacks of drinks behind the counter going cold, nobody seeming to know what’s going on. Still, I thought it was unlikely to happen to us again. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Our order was deleted again (it’s starting to feel personal!) we waited 20 minutes before I spoke to a member of staff who didn’t check on my order at all, just told me they were very busy. Waited a further 20 minutes before asking to speak to a manager who took responsibility for our forgotten order and made it all herself. This time, I will stick to my guns and never go back to this McDonald’s. I suggest you avoid it too.
