   I visited at midday today, and there was no fresh milk available of any type: the shelves were completely empty. I was told by a member of staff it's in the back of the store, and had not been put out today because they are too busy. Milk's a basic staple, and the store management should be more customer focused. I don't have time to travel to more than one supermarket a week, so in future I'll be using somewhere more reliable.

   This lady was really RUDE & RACIST. We have been here multiple times - we have seen 2/3 ppl paying together in the same self check out place . Today she told us only one person can be at one self check out place and telling us I WANT YOU TO MOVE NOW. There was NO ONE in line , NO ONE at the self check out place. What’s wrong with her attitude & behavior. Is that the way Aldi trained their staff to treat the costumer???? Such a disappointment , Aldi should train their stuffs BETTER .

   I have been an Aldi shopper since they arrived in the UK. Love everything about them but today arrived and parked my car in Electric Charging bay. There was one space excellent however the car next to me was using the side of my terminal. On trying the other terminal side it would not connect to BP Pulse. On checking the application on my phone it showed that the other vehicle had been Charging for 4 hours! I tried to speak to the Manager and was informed he was in a meeting. The vehicle on charge was Management of Aldi. I appreciate that the Charging points are open to all but surely the customer must come first! To hog the Charging point for 4 hours that I am aware of is not displaying consideration to Aldi shoppers.

   Aldi have improved over the years they have been operating. I have not been in for ages and pleasantly surprised at the much wider aisles and the cabinets for the fresh and frozen produce. AND you still keep your prices low.

   Great choice but a popular store, can be difficult to get near the fridges especially if they are restocking, large free car park that is very level and smooth

   Pallets are being left on a side constantly with possible risks of tripping over but who cares as long as store colleagues have passed some basics h&s assessment which nobody follows. I was harassed by a store colleague not so long ago who called me c**ks****r when I challenged him coming too close to me and without a mask. I'm wondering how he got the job. Obviously the manager couldn't do much about it right. But I got called that way for being a regular customer. Poor customer service
