   as soon as i came into this burger king with my friend after an exam and lots of stress and workload, i was bombarded by a staff member about scanning a QR code to give a 5 star review, i saw this as pushy and quite cheeky as i had just entered with my friend. i have very bad anxiety and i am also autistic so i struggle with social situations such as this. as i sat down with my friend after they had gotten their food, she then came round again to ask if i had scanned the QR code, which i had not previously. when i did tell her i hadn’t she then harassed and bombarded me to scan the QR code again to give a 5 star review, which i was not pleased about. i should not feel u comfortable when attempting to study and eat peacefully as an introverted and autistic 16 year old.

   This is the 2nd time I have been to this restaurant in the past few months, both times staff have been friendly but run off their feet. Had to wait ages for the food as the staff are prioritising delivery orders. Both times I have been the tables were full of rubbish and bins over flowing. This time I ordered the bbq Kansas burger for myself and daughter and a cheese burger junior meal for my son. I had to throw part of the burger away as inedible, the onion rings were like rock. Before leaving went to use the toilets both female toilets were overflowing. As this is the 2nd visit in the past few months and both times the cleanliness of the restaurant has been less than poor I will not be bringing the family again. Management need to look at staffing levels in the evenings so there are staff available to ensure the retardant is kept clean and bins emptied

   Partially sighted with a white cane. Stood for ages at counter to be told you have to order on the machine because they don't take orders at counter anymore. Said I can't use the machines to be told well that's how you have to order. Managed to order food which I ordered wrong. Went to counter asked if it can be changed once again told the staff member I can't use the machines. Rectified order on the till that's they said they can't take orders on.... They then proceeded to take orders on the till for other customers. Customer service skills awful. Not accessible for partially sighted people.

   This is like any other burger king however, it's probably the nicest one I have been too as it was clean and modern, with the touch screen monitors for you to order. The food itself was as normal, really tasty but was just luke warm. So when you finally got home with the food it was cold. I will return but I think I'd need to eat it there, rather than take it home.

   Awful worst Burger King, buns were over flowing, had to asked for the table to be cleaned, didn't get what was ordered and fries were cold. Manager was doing her best but unfortunately the rest of the staff were not doing what they were supposed to.

   This is the second time that has happened I ordered from Just eat. it is open until 12 Am and they kept on delaying the time, I rang them and the woman I spoke to said there are no drivers there, if there are no drivers then they should be on in Just Eat!!! How as a customer am I meant to know! Never going back again, sort it out!

   A very disappointing trip to Burger King. Ordered from the app, went to the counter when I got there as instructed but had to wait in store for over 30 minutes for my food. Several people with family orders were waiting similar times but the customers who ordered a couple of things were prioritised. I could even see my burgers waiting under the heat lamp five minutes after I got there. (Special requests) I had to ask for my food four times before I finally had someone take my order again and make sure it was made for me. Thanks to that member of staff or I would still be there now. The manager blamed having too many new starters on the shift which I sympathise with but don’t rota a shift full of new starters on a Friday night, at the end of the month when people get paid. The food was nice, but it wasn’t anywhere near fast food.
