Great store for all types of fresh, frozen foods, great selection of wines and spirits. Fresh on-site bakery, fresh flowers and has both manned and self check outs.

I would like to commend Mr Singh, the car park attendant at Marks & Spencer Nantwich. He found my wife’s lost bag, which contained bank cards, a driving licence, a mobile phone, and £600 in cash, and he made a genuine effort to locate us and return everything in full. His honesty and professionalism were outstanding, and he is a real credit to himself and to Marks & Spencer. Acts like this build real trust with the public, and we are extremely grateful.

Coffee ok but pricey given the surroundings. Staff very pleasant but when I asked for a saucer for the coffee cup you would have thought I'd asked for something stupid. Get a grip M & S, where do you put a teaspoon if you use one. Oh I know, on the dirty table- very hygienic! Sick of standards being lowered in every aspect of life.

Just tried to return a parcel along with another lady at Marks & Spencer‘s Nantwich food store. Total chaos and no Manager to be seen anywhere when asked where was the manager they’re all in a meeting and the staff are not privy to how long the meeting will be. The printer for the returns needed more labels and the labels were in the office where the meeting was taken place. Well, obviously the labels shouldn’t be in there in the first place. The box with all the return goods was completely full. Surely there should be a system to check the labels and check the box and empty it on a regular basis. There are clearly notenough staff on the shop floor. The staff that are on the shop floor are doing an amazing job and were extremely helpful as best as they could. I think management need to reassess how many staff they need and to make sure the return department is managed in a more efficient manner.

As a retired retail foods manager with considerable experience I think this store is a poor advert for M and S. Aisles are narrow and often cluttered with the plastic dollies for stocking shelves. Some of the staff have an attitude problem and need teaching how to speak to customers politely and with a little respect. A similar sized M ans S is situated on the Manchester Hospitals site in Oxford Road. It is 200% better as a store and runs very efficiently. Perhaps you could send Nantwich staff there to learn a few things. The cafe in Nantwich is poor, the seating very basic. Would expect something with a bit more quality from such a supposedly prestigious company. Also the disabled toilet door is often wide open next to the salads area. On more than one occasion I've noticed very unpleasant smells drifting into the store. Pretty disgusting really.

Came in Saturday around 3pm 18th Feb 2023. Won't be returning again. Our first time using the cafe. They messed up kids meal order. They then messed up my food order. Not only did they do that but the elderly lady working was absolutely vile. No apology, just give me a filthy look and a sarcastic comment. I was actually having a minor panic attack when we went in and this made it even worse. Only wanted to treat the kids because we rarely go out. The staff ruined it.

Very strange experience at the cafe First day in Nantwich and headed to M&S food and cafe … Although I purchase 2 items from the cafe but the one item I had purchased from the supermarket (a pack of cooked chicken) I cannot touch and cannot eat it! So go outside and eat it but I can’t eat at the cafe although I have purchased two items from us already … very poor customer service unexpected from M&S if I hadn’t purchased anything from the cafe yes I could understand … won’t go back to the cafe and the girl serving

Excellent example of M & S store situated in town centre adjacent to health centre, library and bus station. Please note food only, no clothing and paid parking. Excellent quality products but not inexpensive as M & S shoppers will know.
