   We ate at this restaurant beside the Premier Inn after arriving in Swansea late at night. Since the place is called Beefeater, I expected them to specialize in steak. I ordered a beef fillet medium, but what I received was definitely not the right cut—it was extremely tough, impossible to chew, and I couldn’t even get my fork into it. I rarely complain about food, but this was really inedible, so I had to send it back. They remade the dish, and this time it was the correct cut of meat, but unfortunately it came out almost well-done instead of medium. I didn’t want to send it back again, and at least it still tasted decent, but overall I was disappointed since technically both of my orders were wrong. Service was polite and they did try to fix the mistake, but the experience wasn’t satisfying, especially from a steakhouse.

   You know what you are getting. Its all portioned up for the chef to warm up and serve. Its boiling hot and fairly swift. The waiting staff seem bit cheesed off. They were pleasant.

   The staff were really friendly, the food was delicious. Very convenient as it was below the premier inn that my partner and I stayed in. We went three days in a row. Would definitely recommend!

   Really nice place to eat, the food was great and good value too. The place itself had a great atmosphere and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The menu had a good amount of options and different deals too. Highly recommend!

   Probably the easiest 5star rating I've given. Every single member of staff was pleasant and polite from reception to bar staff and restaurant staff. At every opportunity they were extremely friendly, very happy and joking and they went the extra mile without asking them. A pleasant change from so many hotel chains. Excellent quality food and drinks too, both in the restaurant or ordered from the bar to eat in or outside. Amazing location too right on the waterfront by the marina. Highly recommended.

   Called in for a spot of lunch on Friday midday, Place looked trendy and clean on the waterside. Our waiter was a young chap called James, who done a fantastic job. Food wise we opted for the lunch time menu. I went for Battered mushrooms steak sandwich & chocolate brownie. Main course and desert very tasty and hit the spot , however the bread mushrooms could have done with better presentation. Overall we found this good valve . 3 course lunch ,refillable drink and side on onion rings came to under £15.

   We always come here when I'm in Swansea. Last time was for my graduation and everything was great as usual. The steaks are always good and cooked to preference. I had surf and turf, would like the prawns peeled but apart from that I enjoyed it.

   Lovely venue, great food, we had the lunchtime 3 courses for set price and upgrade the steak. The starters were outstanding. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Definitely recommended.
