Just had another amazing meal at Delia's, no restaurant matches the food with the attention by the front of house staff. Cannot find another that gives this this welcome and attention to service, will be very much missed when Delia's closes - wishing all the staff the very best for the future.
Had a lovely meal in Delia’s in the box at Norwich City Football Club (in the Barclay stand). Don’t be put off by the lack of vegan options on the menu - they were really accommodating, even with limited notice ☺️
Great service with above average food, but nothing exciting. The canapés were good and the mince pies and chocolates were delicious. Souflle was very nice, beef en croute was OK, triffle was OK. The service was exceptionally attentive and never rushed. We will be back.
Service was friendly and helpful and the menu was such a lovely variety of nostalgic and modern. Wine was devine as well as the food and we had a very lovely evening
I have eaten at many high class establishments. Several of which "trade on their name" - this is definately not one of them. I have also seen a comment as regards the protions being a decent size - this is 100% correct. The meal was very good value for money. We had a large group of 20 across 2 tables - we had ordered in advance - faultless service - hot to table. One point is that one of our party noted it was the first restaurnat he had been to where he could talk to felllow guests with out all the background noise as it was lovely a spcious venue. Would go again.
We went for dinner as a family and having grown up with Delia so wanted this to be such a superb experience. Unfortunately we were left with a bitter taste…. Whilst starters, french onion soup & soufflé, were fabulous, the duck main (£5 supplement) was disappointingly tough and my wife’s smoked haddock main was over salty. When it came to dessert my wife didn’t want one but we were told that it was a 3 course set dinner and we would be charged regardless. Despite the food waste, she was encouraged to try something that she really didn’t want and hardly touched. The front of house manager flatly refused to flex. On paying over £70 per head we expected so much more from you Delia.
Really good food, well priced and excellent service. The room is a little bit multi purpose, but given the price that's no issue at all really. The food was tasty, menu changes every month and reads really well. The staff were really friendly and up for a bit of a chat or banter. Recommended!
Went to Delia's to spoil ourselves. It is an amazing place for any occasion. The food and wine was lovely, the staff were so professional. A memorable evening. Worth every penny
We held an event here, and it was brilliant. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious! We had a 3 course meal. It is a bit on the expensive side though.
Great food, nice portion size which is unusual these days with pay more and get less, great staff and enough of them no one felt pressured. Had a few meals lately not HERE that I’ve felt overcharged and under fed. But here it’s good value for your money. Parking non match days is close by and free. It was nice to find somewhere locally, my partner that’s a chef didn’t find a problem with. In itself an achievement.
