They have the best lemon tart in the world! Traveled all the way from another side of the world for the lemon tart and it didn’t disappoint me. Very thin crust and the filling has the perfect balance of sour and sweet! We enjoyed every bite of it. Staff are super friendly and they really enjoy their job. The chef, Richard, is definitely the soul of this restaurant. We were so glad that we could have a little chat with him and knew about the stories. Thank you all and we had a great time here :)

Absolutely amazing, you don't go here to only eat, you go for an experience. The taster menu was a treat for my taste buds. Many flavours going on but it works. I imagine a huge amount of research and experimentation goes into these little work of art dishes. Picky eaters won't appreciate it. The staff are friendly and extremely attentive. My only little niggle was it would have been nice to have a side of bread or potatoes, just to balance out the richness of the meats and sauces. If you are on budget save up, as the bill came to £181 for 2 people. It was our 3rd wedding anniversary so well worth it. I wouldn't normally spend that much on a meal out unless it was a special occasion. But I would if I could!

Took my partner here for his birthday recently, and wow - what a beautiful restaurant. We both chose menu 1, I chose the vegetarian menu for myself. The food was incredible, each plate was beautifully presented and a delight to the senses. Next time I think I’ll try the wine pairing too. The staff were so friendly and knowledgable, dishes were served very quickly. We loved everything and would happily visit again in future!

Beautifully put together menu, we went for menu 2. The rice cracker aperitif and lobster ravioli were our favourites. Service was attentive without being too much. One of the gems of the Norwich food scene.

I really can't say enough good things about this restaurant - everything is thought through and presented meticulously but with such friendliness and ease of service. The menu is outstanding, and whilst presented as a tasting menu was flexible to cater to some group members. Wine list is also excellent. The atmosphere is warm and laid back, the staff on point. I really look forward to coming back soon.

Budget over £300 per couple for lunch. That sounds expensive but You Only Live Once and can't take it with you. The set menu, with matched wine (including cheese and a cup of coffee) only costs about £140 each. You will also want to add a 12.5% tip for the service bringing the total cost to about £315. What else can you get for that sort of money that in Norwich that so entertains you for a couple of hours? Hurry though because, if it ever gets a Michelin star, you could be paying much more.
