Ordered for collection, was ready within 25 mins. Service over phone was great and food was hot and fresh! Really flavourful will be going back was our first time trying even though we have Been in the local area for a year!
Food came, 4 dishes £28 not bad got £30 let the driver have the change I asked the women if I could have pawn crackers, she said they will come for free they didn't come ran up daughter can't eat it without them man was rude said I will get them next time phone down on me so dished up the food the only thing that was half decent was the chicken balls the chow mien was disgusting like old oil... and rice had a funny taste chucked in bin!
After using tongs many times in the past I decided to treat myself to a take away after a 12 hour shift. I placed my order for delivery. Asked the person on the phone how much it was as I only had said much on me. I waited for over an hour to when the rudest delivery person told me it was more than what I had been told. I explained that I only enough for what was said. If my order was more than that I would have ordered something else. The difference was about 1.40. I was told I couldn't have my order. I would have told them this if they had let me know before delivery. My whole evening ruined. Disgusting
Best takeaway we have ever had! Hands down we just moved to Spixworth so have the luxury of Just Eat and Deliveroo etc, however we ordered Tongs as soon as we moved in and it has beaten every other takeaway nearby hands down. We have ordered service Thai meals and they are so fresh and full of crunchy vegetables, they have tasted amazing. Highly recommend to anyone.
Really good, really quick service, even phoned in at 9:30 just as they where about to close, cooked and delivered lovely and quick. Was very hot as well!
Very rude staff, average quality food, small portions in comparison to other restaurants. Would not recommend at all.
