Stayed last new years and had a 5 out of 5 experience and the full English breakfast was amazing. We booked again for this New Year’s Eve and again had a great time . No full English this year due to staff illness which was disappointing .
Pub looks very nice and posh from the outside on first impressions, drinks were lovely but the food was a letdown ribs I had were very dry and nice great, best part of my meal was the sweetcorn! Partner has the lasagne she said it seemed like it had been reheated from another day and didn't taste great it was a shame as we came here specially as it was the last day of our holiday. Girl waiters didn't ask if the food was okay at any point and hasn't realised we had finished we just went to the counter and paid put us off deserts which was a shame. I'd say it's a better pub to go for a drink of an evening food needs improving
We had a meal there with our friends on Saturday, and the food as usual was beautiful, and as always staff are lovely, and especially Molly who looked after us brilliantly! We had Sunday lunch there the next day and I would highly recommend their roasts as they're delicious! Thanks for a lovely experience and a special thanks to Molly for being a good sport!
Found this place while working in Reepham. Stayed for one night and was impressed with the food quality and the room was great. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Looks quite busy place on weekends with various special occasion bookings. Amazing breakfast which was included with my reservation. I highly recommend this place even for a day out food and drinks.... A+++ stuff
It was our first visit to the Black Swan yesterday for Sunday dinner. We ordered the Sunday roast and it was delicious! Plenty of food and the cauliflower cheese was the best I have ever had. Desserts not be missed however full you may feel. We will be returning regulary ( just moved to the area). Well done to the chefs!
The room was smart and clean we paid for the flagship room which I presume is their best room, when we got in there we were disappointed to discover that the bed was only a double, the TV was basic there were no apps on it if it did have apps we would have been able to use them on our own accounts Apple Netflix prime Disney etc. on the plus side the shower was excellent powerful and hot and the breakfast was adequate but not great as we were served with a pot of coffee which wasn’t as hot as it should have been and for £120 a night it should have been a little bit better!
We stayed at the black swan at faiths after our mothers funeral, the staff were friendly, attentive and really wonderful throughout our stay. Food was superb and the rooms clean and very comfortable. All in all a fabulous experience on a very emotional and difficult day. Thank you
I wouldn’t normally post a review but I am disgusted that the owner has commented “don’t come back” on a review he doesn’t like. Fact: chicken served to a pescetarian and fact: drinks charged for that were never ordered; and fact: no apology from owner when spoken to. Lovely venue, lovely tapas and one helpful waitress.
Food wasn’t bad, however, forgot items ordered, Served chicken to a vegetarian with us. Attempted to overcharge adding drinks to the bill, male staff member at the bar was extremely rude when questioned about serving meat, no attempt made to apologise at all. Very dismissive and awful attitude towards customers.
Popped in as had been visiting family in the village on Saturday late morning Lovely warm welcome from the young lady at the bar , myself and my daughter only bought hot drinks and then soft drinks but we were treated so kindly , will be back soon for food . Excellent customer service ❤️
